A few years ago I was diagnosed with uterine cancer so they wanted to perform surgery on me but since I had a bad experience with another surgery I was hesitant about it and on top of that I had to request 3 different doctors and didn't feel right about neither of them so decided to pray to God I asked him to either heal me or take me home he chose to heal me miraculously no surgery surgery or chemotherapy. My doctor told me I have a fibroid in 2020 and at the time Ramadan was a month away. Muslims fast one month in each year and I fasted the whole month and changed my diet my fibroid was gone next month thank you doctor yes fasting helps with fibroid.
@@Malexah_mor Muslims fast during day light hours. During Ramadan you would break-fast with your family and friends at night very beautiful celebration.
@@Malexah_mor What LadyBloom said. We have an early morning meal before dawn, known as suhoor or sehri. We break our fast after sunset for the evening meal, called iftar or fitoor.
Way back in the 90s I had fibroid as big as a melon and heavy menstrual flow for weeks. I was told that I needed a hysterectomy. I decided to try changing my diet first to see if that works. I stopped taking dairy and red meat. I love milk and used to drinks lots of it. Within a few weeks my bleeding stopped. A year later at my annual checkup, I was told my fibroids shrank. I was over the moon. Now I keep a food diary if I need to identify the source of my problems. LET FOOD BE THY MEDICINE!!!!
@@joyoflearning2124 no not at that time. Just before I started menopausal symptoms about 6-7 years later, my fibroid was very small. Perhaps eat food that can help to reduce estrogen.
@@Evettecord I read somewhere that fasting works as well. And someone commented below that it works for her too. As what I know the key is to reduce your estrogen level. Wish you all the best and good luck.
Fibroids also tend to come on when women are going through very stressful times, such as dealing with passing off loved ones and holding onto the emotional pain from the losses. Doing positive affirmations can help tremendously with this, as well and figure out ways to healing the mind from past painful traumas.
True, I got it twice after I lost my mom when I was 18 & then all my lovedones & other losses/pains. I did the surgery in 2012. Since few years I had few losses, pains ,stress continuously & now having a large 1 again ,Dr said to operate . But I pray to Jesus & changed my diet, it has helped many to shrink fibroids. I believe Jesus will heal me.
Almost HEALED! I watched this video a couple of a few months ago and implemented what I learned from you and my online research and my fibroids are almost GONE! Made a youtube channel and a workshop to help as much people as possible. Didn't need surgery or go vegan either.
Hi..I m from India...have fibroid from 2018 of 2.5 cm. Please suggest...I m also searching for solution...every month I m suffering pms , digestive issues...
I am 55 and an ultrasound showed fibroids. I have had symptoms for 10 years and never did a doctor say it could be fibroids. I only had the ultrasound because I insisted something was pushing on my rectum. (I could feel it with my finger). I see the doctor next week, but have already started intermittent fasting recently and prayer for a long while. I am sure it is emotionally related at 2013 was a very hard year for me and that is when the symptoms started. I put it down to menopause and a bad marriage. God is now in charge. I prayed the last few weeks for guidance 🙏 as what to do. ❤
@ Lighthouse. Can u please tell me if you had an abdominal ultrasound or a trans vaginal ulta sound? I am 48 and I get pains in my abdominal area. I have trouble digesting certain types of foods and I try to stay away from those. I do eat flaxseed, tofu, tempeh, along with fresh fruits, vegetables, and lentils and beans, and millet and quinoa and farro. So, I might need to limit flaxseed, tofu, tempeh etc.. And I do intermittent fasting. There are days when I skip one meal and don't eat anything. I want to know how you found out you had fibroids. Were u getting any pain? Please advise. I definitely know that I am in perimenopause and there are days when I have trouble digesting food and that's why I don't eat anything for one meal when I have stomach issues. I have a feeling that my stomach is having trouble digesting proteins and some forms of carbs and of course saturated fats. So I try my best to stay away from these. Fiber sometimes is also an issue to digest and so I try to ( I usually try to eat fruits with skin on them when they are very ripe or limit eating fruit with the skin on it or i juice them so that it will be easier on my stomach and I make a vegetarian soup a vegetarian bisque or stew of beans or lentils and my system seams to do better with liquid and semi liquid foods etc.. on days that I have trouble with solid foods due to stomach issues. I have a feeling that I might either have fibroids or endometriosis. One of the two. Hopefully an ultrasound or a ct scan can help determine the root cause of my stomach issues
Ok, it's easiest for me. Example: I fast on Sunday(eat nothing), Monday eat as I desire (not keto), Tuesday fast( eat nothing), Wednesday eat as I desire (not keto), Thursday fast(eat nothing), Friday eat as I desire....and etc. Hope this helps.
@@saikatghosh90 Yes, I agree that it's not always easy, but It helps me best. I tend to not stick to the intermittent fasting time restrictions. I either know that I am not eating at all that day, or I can relax and just eat as usual. That works for me.💛
I had fibroids, the size of a small football. I looked pregnant and bled so much that my haemoglobin wouldn’t exceed 4/5. I had hysterectomy done in 2016 and there were no problems until now, I have high blood sugar, diabetes and other hormonal imbalances. If I knew back then that I could shrink my fibroids naturally, I’d never had gotten hysterectomy. But I only blame myself because I was on high carb and sugar diet since childhood and this is exactly what caused fibroids. I try to create awareness in my school amongst my students and my own kids also. God bless all!
Don’t blame yourself 1. After a hysterectomy you crave carbs and sugar and even before bc you are so depleted of energy from the bleeding it is energy your body can quickly metabolize 2. Many ppl with fibroids have trouble metabolizing high fat high protein diet until the hormones are addressed that led to the fibroids 3. Most fibroid patients get them due to medications like artificial hormones designed to help shrink them; antibiotics which damage the liver, gut and thyroid (look up tetracycline and black thyroid); anything that spikes cortisol or messes with the GABA bridge or gut brain axis; anything that throws off Histamine receptors. A lot of very common OTC and Rx medications!!! The sugar and carbs just feeds them but they don’t cause them Good that you’ve reduced that but the other things I listed are much more dangerous culprits
Same here. I could kick myself now for not getting other opinions and research more for alternative treatments. At the time I was basically curled up in a ball most of the day from pain so I jumped at the first solution that was handed to me.
I have suffered from fibroids my entire life (since 20yrs old) and NOT ONE of my Gyn doctors ever.... I repeat.... never discussed any of this things you mention. I recently (in the last 2 yrs or so) began to self educate myself on how food consumption is affecting my fibroids and what foods to limit and stay away from.. thank you for this information~ I''m 45 now and I wish I had know this sooner. My quality of life has been affected by having fibroids....thank you again~

I asked two doctors what causes fibroids? And, how to keep from getting them… and neither doctors could answer. They are like, “We don’t know.” And it’s serendipitous that this video comes across my feed today, because I just saw my gynecologist today about this issue. I came home determined to find the natural answer to this question but felt discouraged because the doctors that should know didn’t know. But the universe put this video in front of my face. And I am in a state of gratitude! Thank you Dr. Berg. You are always making helpful videos that show you care about people being healthy. Blessings to you.
I took my 11 yrs daughter to ENT Consultant (known to be the best ENT Doc in our city) with complaints of coughing, sneezing, lethargy most of the days in cold months. He prescribed antibiotic, anti-allergic etc. I asked him the possible of low vitamin D levels, he laughed, mimiced my words vitaa-menn-Deee n said this is non of my headache n i did my job which is ear, nose, n throat. This is what the best doctors do here.
please also note that there are articles online that contradict one another. and in the world of health science there are loads of new research and findings that come to the public eye. a lot of things are still being researched and whereas the exact cause of fibroids is not defined, a number of things suggest they could impact it. As an overall health suggestion, intermittent fasting is good for average ppl unless they have medical conditions that require them to eat on a regular basis. good luck, keep the spirit up
Dr. Christopher has herbal blends female tonic formula, female reproductive formula, and hormonal changease. I don’t take the hormonal change ease because it has licorice root which is bad for glaucoma, but I took the other 2 twice a day with some wheat germ oil (in capsules because I can’t do the taste). This got rid of my fibroids.
@Sharon: Thank you for your beautiful, meaningful, and positive comment. Yes , we may all listen and be cured by DR. Berg instead. I give up hope seeing real life doctors . Thank you Dr Berg!
I don't get the thing with soya. Like here they say don't eat soya because makes estrogen worse. Then other people say it's a more natural way of binding it. Don't know what to believe.
I was diagnosed with fibroids and faced limited options besides medication too. Instead of accepting the standard treatment, I took control of my journey. I changed my diet eating fruits and vegetables only I included turmeric based teas that were decaf and good for female hormones, I focused on my spiritual and emotional energy for 90 days. When I returned for a hormone test the fibroid was gone, and my hormone levels were excellent! Healthy foods definitely influence your health!
I love this! As someone who suffered from Fibroids for years I noticed that the very foods on this list are some of my favorites. My body knew what it needed to heal itself. I had a uterine fibroid and a cyst in my ovary. At the ER the doctor told me that eventually I would need a hysterectomy and that it was just something that happened to women with time. I remember thinking how wrong that sounded and I took matters into my own hands and did the research. Thanks to Dr. Bergs videos I learned that vitamin D deficiency causes fibroids. My lab work at that time showed my vitamin D levels at 16 (deficient) and after 4 months on these supplements it went up to 56. I took Dr. Bergs Vitamin D with k2 for 4 months along with Vitex Berry and Índole 3 carbinol and thankfully after having fibroids for about 8 years and the last 2 years having the worse pain ever, my ultrasound showed zero fibroids. I did bleed more than usual during this time but thankfully they are gone! I wanted to share this incase it helps someone. Thank you Dr. Berg for all the great information you share with us! You are welcome! These are some main recommended points: A person with a fibroid may want to avoid foods that cause growth and anything that increases estrogen, such as cheese, soy, and flax. Insulin is also a powerful growth hormone, so it’s important to go on a low-carb, low-sugar diet. However, there are foods that have various phytonutrients and may actually help decrease inflammation, fibrosis, and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood supply to a fibroid). The best foods for fibroids: 1. Berries (ellagic acid) 2. Garlic (allicin) 3. Cauliflower (indole-3-carbinol) 4. Tomato (lycopene) 5. Onion (quercetin) 6. Broccoli sprouts (sulforaphane) 7. Peppermint (ursolic acid) 8. Shallots (isoliquiritigenin) 9. Peanuts (resveratrol) Intermittent fasting may also be a few of the most important things you can do to potentially shrink fibroids. Overall, combining Healthy Keto & Intermittent Fasting along with some of the foods above may be a great plan.

I had a fibroid which made me bleed heavily pretty much all the time.... my doctor let me go through watchful waiting as I tried to shrink it. Unfortunately I chose a vegan diet, ended up severely anaemic and eventually went through a total hysterectomy. The fibroid weighed 1.7kgs !(3.8lbs) and was mitotically active. So if you have fibroids and they’re causing severe disruption to your life don’t delay an intervention. Life changing for me and I’ve never looked back.
I went through the same thing last year and had to have multiple blood transfusions but I had a myomectomy. That vegan diet almost took me out. I feel so much better on keto/carnivore and fasting. I’m just trying to stop them from growing back.
Going vegan isnt the problem, not tracking your nutrients is. Most american diets are nutrient difficient. I had a similar issue when I wasn't vegan and it hasn't been any worse as a vegan.

PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER VIDEO ON FIBROIDS! Can you talk about what actually causes them, why they grow back so quickly, what factors cause growth? This subject is so over saturated with a BILLION people saying why it happens to some and not other and way too many theories on how to get rid of them but not SURE direct information. I feel so lost at times 😔
Either because of diet, stress(not enough sleep, not enough relaxation throughout the day) or lack of movement+Oxygen. Try taking a break. Do nothing sometimes for an empty mind. Spend more time in nature and breath deeply to increase oxygen in your body. That helps with healing anything. Diet as he explained. Excercise, maybe relaxing kind of excercises rather than muscle building. Like Yoga/pilates. Also try to reduce chemical skin and hair care. Try to avoid chemicals generally. That should become your new lifestyle and it should go away quickly. The best book for healing the womb is called sacred woman- Queen Afua. She even has meetings online with other women healing themselves.💖💖💖
I think they tend to grow back because sine people have them surgically removed but they don’t change their diet. They consumed animal hormones increasing estrogen. Also sugar feeds fibroids.,
It's not clear what causes them, but diet would play a part. It affects black women more than any other race. I feel your pain. I struggled for years with heavy bleeding, until I gave in and had myomectomy surgery.
@@liyaberi myomectomy is a temporary solution unfortunately because it grows back before you know it. I had two over the last 24yrs and I’m back where I started.
TBH I've been following the research looking into hair relaxers as a possible factor contributing to this. It just can't be a coincidence that it affects black women at much higher rates and that the average black woman has had at least one relaxer in her lifetime. Everyone keeps blaming diet but I'm the most health conscious in my family and I still developed them.

I was deficient on Vitamin D, my symptoms were more related to fatigue. My period was normal and consistent as it has been my whole life. I started vitamin D 5000UI a day and since my first cycle after the supplement my period started to become heavier every cycle. By the third cycle after supplementation my period was lasting over 2 weeks. Doctors wanted to put me on birth control instantly with no tests whatsoever. I insisted for tests, all blood tests were normal. They found small fibroids and said that is most likely the reason and wanted to put me on hormones. I then asked to retest my vitamin D to see if it was back to normal and it was. So, I decided to stop the vitamin D and be consistent about taking sun every day. On the first cycle my period is already back to normal. I read the research and we know the benefits of Vitamin D on women with deficiency, we also know it has a direct effect on menstruation and different stages of ovulation BUT we do not know yet the right dosage related to menstrual cycles or what can happen if one were to take too much related again to the period specifically. For me, it was too much for my body and my period got heavy and long. It was frustrating to talk to doctors and everyone blamed my age (34) or that I need to be on birth control and I would tell them it all started when I started the supplement a few months before and I was totally shut down. I think they meant well, I just think is not something anyone knows for sure. If any other women out there has had a similar experience I hope you read this.

I shared in case someone taking vitamin D has the same symptoms and hopefully keep an eye on the right dosage and for the right time.
@@aniselmbMy sister, who works in the medical field was just telling me this- how too much vitamin d is just as dangerous as low vitamin d. I just started taking it bc a defficiency can be the main cause of fibroids. Plus, I was diagnosed with low vitamin d years ago but never did. Even with being out in the sun, I didn't realize that it isn't enough bc of the melanin in my skin. I'm believing that this will work for me.
Taking high amounts of Vitamin D can be great for people with a deficiency but be sure to supplement with 300-500 mg of magnesium (but not too much) because high amounts of vitamin D in your blood will decrease your magnesium which can affect your hormones. I learned this the hard way. Also there is a small danger of hypercalcemia. If you fully understand how to avoid hypercalcemia and you are taking extra magnesium then it's *usually* safe to take high levels of vitamin D. But not for everyone!
I had a myomectomy because I was unwilling to lose my uterus. I had a grapefruit sized and 2 walnut sized fibroids removed. One fibroid was left because to remove it would have damaged blood supply to uterus. So I will do this to shrink it. Thank you.
Agreed. I had a myomectomy as well to remove several fibroids. Got pregnant very easily 7 years after the surgery. I'd recommend it to any woman who wants to be rid of them but still wants children.
I just went to the gyno 2 days ago to find out my options for my fibroids. I have one that's 12cm by 10cm by 10cm. The ultrasound said there's several. They couldn't see the left ovary because it's blocked by the fibroids. Heavy clots, heavy bleeding is such an interuption to everyday life, especially at work. I feel like I have menstrual cramps 3 weeks of the month. Constant pressure on my bladder too. I use to be a size 6 but have to wear size 10 jeans with big oversized tshirts because I look 5 months pregnant. I'm scared to get a hysterectomy because I do not want to be thrown into menopause. I just want my life back. Sick of being bloated, uncomfortable all the time. It has made me soooo depressed. It looks like everything is pointing to keto. I need a keto coach though... Guess that's why I'm here.
@@tracyshakur4053 You're not alone. I have several the size of grapefruits :( I have gone up from size 10/12 to a 14 and self conscious about my pregnant looking belly. @@britjj5126 my family keeps telling me that I need to get a hysterectomy but I’m afraid and want to explore all my options first. Somethings got to give cause I’m tired of the heavy periods/clots, buying heavy pads, bloating/weight gain, fatigue, anemia and most of all it’s PAINFUL 😣 My prayers go out to everyone who’s going through the same situation. 🙏🏽
@Sara Bee My reports show similar results, large one is 12 cm, blocking my right ovary, compressing my right kidney. Even I'm afraid to undergo surgery. Im just 34 years and trying everything to shrink them. I do intermittent fasting, started raw vegan diet, work out on trampoline, sun bathing, etc. To detox. But nothing seems to shrinking. Let me know if anyone can help us and avoid surgery.
No. I’ve been following a ketogenic, anti-inflammatory, non-dairy lifestyle for 4 full years now (a bit over 4, but just rounding down) which includes intermittent fasting of 16:8 and 2x-weekly of 20:4, and no, this has had no beneficial effect on my fibroids. I’ve had several scans done to assess them, and since the baseline one, they had grown, not ceased, nor shrunk. Eventually the pain got to be too much, and in year 1 I took a round of meds that shrunk them for 3 months. The entire 2 years after this they increased in size, so I finally opted for surgery, performed this past Sept to just get them out. 23cm in all. My diet had no effect on them in a positive way. It’s a great way of eating, but please don’t make unsubstantiated claims, don’t overreach. So much of fibroids is due to the entire ecosystem of the individual, also taking into account genetics. I would suggest putting in a lot more rhetoric of “may” and “can help”, because there’s no simplistic approach with such a complex system as a woman’s reproductive system.
Good point! Bc I struggle with fibroids, heavy menstrual, passing big clots, bloating, and constipation inflammed uterus, and cramping oh and a 6-7 day period. But I struggle with intermittent fasting, keto, and vegan. I been putting pressure on myself to do it. I have tried all three diets at different times in my life but can't ever stick to it bc its the opposite what I know and how I was raised. I try so hard but I can't do it. Anyway I'm currently on my cycle but this time its great. This is what I did differently: the first day I started I drank probiotics and gut defense that probiotics, prebiotics, oat fibre, inulin, lactospore, cape aloe, and colostrum this is a pill called Gastro defense it restores gi tract. I do this in the morning and at night during my cycle it helps me release a lot water Weight, urine, toxins, excess estrogen, helps with bowel movements. I'm normally constipated during this time anyway. Bc I'm releasing through urinating and having bm. My clots went from golf ball size to nickel size, reducing the amount of blood I loose, no cramps, no stomach pain, not uterus pain, no bloating, no constipation, and I'm sleeping good. I normally I don't get any sleep during my cycle bc going back and forth to bathroom bc heavy flow and pain. I'm sitting here typing this not in pain. I started Saturday and its slowing down I think I could stop on Thursday. I say all this to say I didn't fast, keto, or stay away from cheese, and I still have fibroids. I do believe it won't hurt to try what he suggested and maybe a combination of he said could possibly shrink fibroids if you can stick with it. But I will continue the probiotics, prebiotic, and gastro defense during and my cycle bc it helped eliminate 95% of my issues. 😘🤗 this message was for anyone struggling to stick with that diet. 😇🙏
@@jessxo4670 I think I mentioned it in my post already but I use Puradyme probiotics and Sovereign Laboratories daily stomach defense. These are really good products for digestion, bloating, gas, and regulate bowel movements. You should research them and look at the reviews. 👍

This is good to know. About 5 years ago I had a Myomectomy as I had so many fibroids. One was as big as a grapefruit. The fibroids were causing back pain and adding to my anemia due to heavy periods. They couldn't get all of the fibroids out as there were some that were too small. I changed my diet after the surgery to ensure that they wouldn't grow any larger and it has seemed to work.

So many women, myself included, suffer from the many terrible effects of estrogen dominance. Fibroids are just one lousy symptom. I've had 3 laproscopies and 2 D&Cs to remove fibroids and surgically cut away the endometriosis that came along with it. Doing positive affirmations can help tremendously with this, as well and figure out ways to healing the mind from past painful traumas.

@ Lighthouse. Can u please tell me if you had an abdominal ultrasound or a trans vaginal ulta sound? I am 48 and I get pains in my abdominal area.

Don’t blame yourself
1. After a hysterectomy you crave carbs and sugar and even before bc you are so depleted of energy from the bleeding it is energy your body can quickly metabolize
2. Many ppl with fibroids have trouble metabolizing high fat high protein diet until the hormones are addressed that led to the fibroids
The sugar and carbs just feeds them but they don’t cause them
Good that you’ve reduced that but the other things I listed are much more dangerous culprits
Same here. I could kick myself now for not getting other opinions and research more for alternative treatments. At the time I was basically curled up in a ball most of the day from pain so I jumped at the first solution that was handed to me.

please also note that there are articles online that contradict one another. and in the world of health science there are loads of new research and findings that come to the public eye. a lot of things are still being researched and whereas the exact cause of fibroids is not defined, a number of things suggest they could impact it. As an overall health suggestion, intermittent fasting is good for average ppl unless they have medical conditions that require them to eat on a regular basis. good luck, keep the spirit up

These are some main recommended points:
A person with a fibroid may want to avoid foods that cause growth and anything that increases estrogen, such as cheese, soy, and flax. Insulin is also a powerful growth hormone, so it’s important to go on a low-carb, low-sugar diet.
However, there are foods that have various phytonutrients and may actually help decrease inflammation, fibrosis, and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood supply to a fibroid).
The best foods for fibroids:
1. Berries (ellagic acid)
2. Garlic (allicin)

this is crazy. bc i’m a poor Black American descendants of slavery and i haven’t had health insurance for about 20 years and i had a very painful problem with fibroids and i couldn’t afford the Dr recommended treatment so i haphazardly took a garlic vitamin one night and woke up w less pain. the pain meds only made it worse but the garlic vitamin completely cured me! and i eat raw onions every single day and cut out the fried foods completely.
Thank you for confirming this. Dr. Sebi said the same information about fibroids and I ignored it because I was young. Now you rang a bell in me. Thank you.
I’ve been low carb and working out every day for the past 113 days and my period is sooo much lighter now, was regularly painful and 21 days apart, but this period I’m on now is not painful and was about 30 days from my last. I am so happy. I am hoping this means my fibroid shrunk. I also had a polyp again and a possible cyst on my ovary… but every since my recent lifestyle change this has been my BEST period in YEARS… once I go get checked out at the doctor I will know if things have really made progress. But taking care of our bodies is key! Thank you dr berg

Coffee, tea and alcohol also cause fibroid pain, inflammation, bleeding between periods and heavy bleeding ...I know, there are on the bad food list...It's been a journey of self discipline when it comes to food and drink.

@@pokerqAK47 I take 10,000 a day and have not had adverse effects. My levels are also extremely low along with my iron.

Thank you so much Dr. Berg! Now I know what to do and I'm going to do it. I love dairy but I'm willing to stop right now. I just want to be well

@@Cotuskise no. I didn’t need to.I kept my ovaries. I had a perfect recovery with zero issues. Absolutely best decision I ever made was just getting them out of my body.
I’ve been diagnosed with adenomyosis and was advised to do a hysterectomy.
@@Cotuskise my advice is get a great surgeon. One you connect with that listens to you. And get it over with. I never thought I could feel so good after a surgery. The recovery took about 8 weeks til I really felt strong, but worth it. I was walking everyday after day6. All this nonsense about shrinking them etc. IMO, surgery is necessary. They only get worse. Not worth losing quality of life one more day. ❤️
So many women, myself included, suffer from the many terrible effects of estrogen dominance. Fibroids are just one lousy symptom. I've had 3 laproscopies and 2 D&Cs to remove fibroids and surgically cut away the endometriosis that came along with it. Since the beginning, my periods were always heavy, painful, and awful and nobody ever talked about that being abnormal, so it never got addressed until I had real problems needing surgery. Please, ladies, talk to your doctor if your periods are difficult. You might save your fertility doing so.
It’s simple limit or cut out estrogen producing food. The good doctor laid out plainly what to stay away from.
Thank you, your right on time. My daughter is going thru it now with this situation❤
Your daughter?!!??? Why considering if thats you in the pic you look like your 30 😦

@@Drberg what about gall bladder polyp?
Love these short, to the point, easy to understand videos. Full of concise,, easy to understand information.
I love how he did a little write up on the screen that shows what he said. I took a snapshot of it with my phone for easy memory and grocery shopping. You are right, this video was short and to the point.
Hi Dr.Berg,
What supplement would you suggest to take?
Everyone here says - weight loss and diet. Well I’ve been around 100lb all my life, I’m skinny as you can see and I eat organic, I’m ex gymnast, always super active work outs and professional dancing - and I had watermelon size fibroid that was removed surgically. Now I have two more 4cm came back … if I start fasting I think I’ll disappear cuz I am already very skinny.
Have your vitamin D levels and estrogen checked
Same here, 44, struggling to survive and get rid of a fibroid.
Take anavar (oxandrolone) 2mg. One tablet every day. It'll vanish your fibroid + you'll gain some weight too.
@@Gaotamiwhat's that ? oxandrolone ??? how can it shrink a fibroid ?
@@joyoflearning2124
It's the safest steroid. A lady from Europe said her fibroid got cure after she had anavar (oxandrolone). And you can at least give it a try when there's no such medicine available to cure fibroid(s).
Thank you! I will add some of these to my list (except the onions). I had surgery for fibroids about 15 years ago but they have come back. So now I’m trying to shrink them naturally. Hopefully my LOVE cheese and ice cream won’t get in the way...
Intermittent fasting
green tea
turmeric tea
milk thistle supplement
Plant base will shrink them. Fibroids love milk, cheese and ice cream
@@maryanne8407 Congratulations!
@@lovingme6267 correct 👏👏👏
@Paula Bullock sorry to say Milk Thistle also not recommended for those prone to too much estrogen. and as for the cheese and ice cream...it was the hardest to give up, but it's something that definitely will " get in the way"...I know, sigh...
I can’t Hep but think taking a digestive enzymes with bile salts would remedy. We were meant to drink milk. Don’t let new age tell you differently.
Thank You! I really apreciate that You care for others! God bless you!🙂
in europe, vit d is used. 60-80% lower risk. at least 3000 iu /day.
I am a gynecologist and I have learned different things from your video. Thank you. I will consider how to promote your good idea to help more people. Just like my "Sauerkraut Pork Pie" video
Love you dr Berg. What a delight and peaceful experience it is to listen to you.
The Russians use what they call "Mother's Herb" for reducing cysts... It's Orthilia Secunda taken in the form of a tea, and my wife used it when no matter what else we tried, she couldn't get pregnant. And it worked so well (despite tasting like sweaty socks), our firstborn daughter's middle name is Orthelia.
Aww
Hi, where can i buy this tea?
That is so good!!
Marvellous, although I can't imagine what sweaty socks taste like 🤐🤣
