How to make Apple Toffee Spread with Cinnamon - Can be used Hot or Cold - Great with Ice-cream!!!

Making Apple Toffee Spread with Cinnamon from start to finish.
Use this either hot or cold. Pour it on your ice-cream, fill your cupcakes, waffles, muffins or spread it on some toast, crumpets, english muffins and etc. Just be careful when making this, it involves making a caramel.

Recipe Breakdown
500g of Diced Green Apple
Some Water
2 Star Anise
3 Small Cinnamon Sticks
300g Double Cream
Caster Sugar 400g
*Bring the caramel to about 165 degrees celcius to 180 degrees celcius.
Don't take it more than 180 otherwise it will be bitter.
*Whisk the butter in at around 50 degrees celcius
*Add Extra Cinnamon Powder to taste
