SunTrap Herbal Farm Tour

On a perfect summer afternoon we follow Geraldine Lavin through a brief tour of SunTrap farm, a small herbal farm in Ithaca, NY that supplies her apothecary business. As she tours her operation, she shares some of her favorite herbs to work with, shows off her copper still packed with multiflora rose and yarrow, and speaks to some to nuances of managing a small herbal operation.

multiflora is very invasive and is one of the main carriers of black spot for roses. I would try to keep that under control. cool you're able to utilize it though. farm and you are beautiful.
