We used to have that here in the USA but it was bred out of us by 60 years of sub culture engineering. Degeneration is an intentional act, the purpose of I can only imagine is to implement more control over the population because crime is up.

Nonsense. Been to all coutries. South Koreans are the same as the the rest of us, for good and for bad. Talking racist as you do is not only is incorrect, but also nothing less racist because you say something positive based on their nationality. Same racist thinking.
The problem he’d have with being extradited to the US, even though we have an extradition treaty with them, is that countries don’t want to see criminals go unpunished. So, many people that commit crimes in other countries often only get released under the promise that they’ll go to court under similar charges in the US (friendly countries can be more lenient about this, or they could just want to get rid of a person without care of prosecution). But with Johnny, several of his crimes are Korea-specific (deepfake), or aimed at insulting Korea (the statues). While the US is good friends with SK, he probably could’ve gotten away with some of the small offenses, but given the large attention this has gotten, I doubt the SK government will agree to extradition. Just based on how targeted his antics were at disrupting Korean decency… So, I’m not an international lawyer, but I think he’s screwed. Unless people pester the consulate so bad to get him out on a technicality, but I doubt anyone wants to stick their neck out for him.
The US embassy is most certainly not going to step in for this lowlife. He did the crimes, he recorded himself flaunting the law and being a public nuisance.

They can’t go and say johny lied in his apologies as that would invalidate the public apologies many people has done over the years. I don't think they will do anything. America has tremendous influence over nearly every country in the world. Even the police in South Korea were basically kissing his ass.
To be fair though when he did all this in japan he could still have been given the benefit of the doubt about the sincerity of his apology. For those wondering why Johnny is not in prison, I suggest you watch Atozy's video with Legal Mindset. Anyway, in short, it's worse for Johnny: he can't escape from South Korea, then for the whole period of the trial and the period before, (it could take 12 months or more), he has to pay his rent, food and pay his lawyer's fees (for the lawyer he could pay 50 thousand dollars or more), also during this whole period, Johnny can't work. Basically, no matter how the trial goes, he will be left without money.
Why would you be this obnoxious and then spend all of your money traveling to a place where people are arrested for being slightly rude This was so easily avoidable
fun act, he can be charged for his crimes like bomb treat, endangerment of a child, in the USA even if these actions happened in korea. So that means he could be charge in korea AND in the usa for more time. In his home state AZ. a bomb treat is subject to 3.5 years in prison. and if the treat was made using an electric device ( cellphone, computer etc) he may also face a forbid on any contact with electronics.

Right I should've known this was another clickbait 'news' channel with nothing new to add
It's been weeks and all the videos regarding Johnny are just parroting information we've already heard about over and over again with nothing new.
Just based on how targeted his antics were at disrupting Korean decency…
So, I’m not an international lawyer, but I think he’s screwed. Unless people pester the consulate so bad to get him out on a technicality, but I doubt anyone wants to stick their neck out for him.
The US embassy is most certainly not going to step in for this lowlife. He did the crimes, he recorded himself flaunting the law and being a public nuisance.

"Im never gonna get cancelled unless I cancel myself" 😅😅😅 yes correct buddy.
Run to North Korea, Johnny. They think you're a genius there, honest.
Tbh probably his last hope. They'll put an end to his nonsense real quick
The Korean government could create a GoFundMe to keep him in custody and probably receive enough donations to keep him for decades.
$1 donation = 1 more day in prison, and since the donations might not pay for the costs, make johnny pay everything out of his pocket or make him work and then pay the donations forward to cover damages for people affected from his bs. I feel like that would be fair.
The Korean government doesn't need to slum it with donations to keep this guy in prison. What a weird comment.
Calm down fascist
@@oz_jones How is any of this suggestion fascism?
@oz_jones how is this fascism? Is everyone in this comment section 11? How do you people not understand how words work.
He said himself he's a sociopath ,and his actions just shows its true ,narcissim at its finest .I feel second hand embarassment,
South Korea is under Martial Law and he is currently arrested there. I wonder how much worse his situation just got. 🤣
Funny how all the other obnoxious, disrespectful streamers suddenly got quiet when this all came out. It turns out when good people fight back, evil is vanquished. Continue to protect your people, nations of the world.
Nope. Jack Doherty is still being a scumbag.
I shudder to think what other nuisance streamers will do if Johnny manages to walk away from this without serving time.
Don't care how much he FACES. It won't matter if they still decide to give him a slap on the wrist. America does this crap too. The headline will read the highest charge someone will face but often more than not, will give the least amount of time.
Yrah, current estimate is around ten years.
10 years is still a long time in my opinion.
@@KristenZianourry2015is he actually goingcto be sentenced for that long though ?
@@Drakengard82 That's what we are all waiting around to find out.
It’s not America; the government there doesn’t care about keeping the public happy; they care about keeping them safe. Letting someone like him go? Doesn’t bring safety. Korea has OVER a 95% conviction rate; and that’s for LOCALS. Also, in korea, prisoners are (legally) forced to do hard labor for the country; which would outweigh any cost to keep him there. Their court system is honestly corrupt; but it’ll work in our favor here.
The subway machines have 4 different languages English being one of them, it is a very hit button as well, hard to miss the option to change to English
Please Korea please give this guy the maximum sentence please.
Oh no, coming back to America is not a good move for him……Discord has turned over chat logs for an investigation of CP/CSAM.
Even when he gets out, he might just be picked up by the FBI at the airport
Omg ew, he keeps getting worse!
Well, there are people here in the United States who will literally delete him if given the chance. The threats on social nedia should be taken seriously, but special concern over the ones who will not post big talk on the internet, but who will just pull that trigger when given the chance. There are people out there that do not care.
If he does get sent back to the US it's likely he'll live stream it so anyone in America who is after him will probably be waiting nearby for when he lands
We need to get a petition going and submit it to the Korean government to max the charges and keep him forever.
and the petition needs to also reach the USA government so they don't ask for extradition.
so everyone wants that korea gonna pay for him? smart people surrounding this area here. he is us citizen, let the us pay for his crimes. nobody in korea wants to waste tax money for a damn tourist. get him back where he came from & let the us deal with it. he got raised there & u gonna have to deal with it.
Koreans are one of the sweetest people I met when traveling, They don't deserve this😢

Keep replying, I dare you. Get ALL the attention you want, all that you can stand. SO MUCH of that will be NEGATIVE attention but clearly, you already know that.
And then keep getting even MORE Negative attention than you can stand, until you finally have to quit the internet altogether. Go on.
Because even trolls have their limits. Boo-hoo.
Genuinely considering calling the US Embassy in South Korea to communicate the American people want the max for this bozo
You can touch the little flag on those machines and read the instructions in English.
clealry he's not very bright, hence the nuisance streaming.
That’s too complicated for him to figure out his own
Yup but he is an idiot, I’m sure you can tell by the shape of his face and mouth , he looks like Mighty Mouse on drugs 😂
@ 👍😂
What's your point? Somali was just playing dumb and being rude. He was not truly in need of help using the machine.
Just remember my fellow Americans you have 2 rights once you leave the embassy
1. The right to a fair trial
2. The right to not be tortured
THATS IT
If Johnny Somali gets away with this, then there will be WW3.
Korea would risk opening the floodgates for a lot of these types. So throw the book at this one and send that message.
I doubt he will, absolute best case scenario for him is that he gets deported directly to the US as that's where his citizenship is and no other country is required to let him in. So while many countries do have visas that can be granted on the spot, countries can typically deny entry for just about any reason even with a visa.
@@SmallSpoonBrigade criminal records prevent you from crossing boarders so I would imagine once hes deported back to the US he won't be going anywhere for a very very long time.
na, somali wont start ww3. but trump probably will. and america will be on the axis side this time. Just like the conservatives wanted to be last time. And thats not a joke. go look up the madison square nazi rally. It was all the conservatives at the time pledging to join the war on the axis side if their candidate won. Thankfully FDR won.

@@jarrahdahlenburg7785 you must have missed the one where the korean lawyer spoke on the case 💀 that if he was in America I would believe you would get away with it with a strap on the wrist but this is a completely different society completely different way they run things over there and so going just based off of Korean law I’m going to assume it’s not going to be a slap on the wrist but who knows a random UA-cam commentator might know better than lawyers😂
@@KristenZianourry2015it would be honestly safer for him to be jailed in Korea.
It's like watching a man and his clone in a WWE match like "oh and Johnny Somali is trying to get up he's really taken a beating and OH OH MY GOD HERE COMES JOHNNY SOMALI WITH THE CHAIR!! At this point he is just collecting "how many prisons can i go into" as a bingo card.
As an American, I hope the Korean justice system locks him up for life
I agree!
At this point it's not even about who he offends, if he comes back to America there will be plenty of people looking to knock him out for clout alone.
Or far worse.
The social media companies also need to be held accountable. When a user repeatedly posts illegal, immoral, unsavory content, their channel should be closed and the user should be banned. Any social media outlet that permits these assholes to spread their garbage should be charged as accomplices.
Yeah, it shouldn't have taken as long as it did for UA-cam, Kick and Twitch to ban his ass. This is the problem with social media - engagement is engagement.
Well enjoy not having social media at all, cause I can guarantee you that amoung the 100s of millions of people that use social media, there are many more Somali’s. Until it hits national news and everyone is talking about it, it’s beneath there notice.
Censorship not the way imo. Let law deal with those commiting such behaviours, as those financing it. If those that specificaly pay for and get payed for it, no censorship needed. Such indecent behaviour as financialy supporting it, those people being though they should not is a win. We need to be very hesitant to censir stuff. Plenty of recent and historical examples that teach us why. Bad people will abuse it against us.
I have no problem with the platforms censoring illegal and egregious behavior. Instead they seem hell bent on profiting from it which is kind of akin to begging governments to censor anything the parties in power don't like. Hold the social media platforms accountable with very hefty fines for promoting it and it'll start disappearing..
