I’ve been doing this every day for 3 months. Here are my updates: I have noticed greater definition in my jawline. I deal with chronic fatigue and other chronic symptoms- and these past couple months is when I’ve seen significant improvement with my symptoms more than any other time. Doing this relaxes me, and I’m sure detoxifies things thru the lymphatic system which is helping with my symptoms. Even the massage for the neck and head each day relieves my headaches some. I definitely recommend doing this consistently ya’ll. Keep at it and I hope you will see a difference in your face o and overall wellbeing. Cause ya girl has been struggling with these symptoms for a long time and I will keep at this. :)
what the heck. i have a chubby face even though im thin and always have been. gua sha has worked for me in the past but now that i have acne i can’t do it (it irritates my pimples) BUT THIS WORKED SO WELL! not only was it so relaxing, it genuinely made my chubby cheeks normal looking and gave my jawline definition. i’m so happy and will definitely be adding this to my routine.

@@AditiBhagat-fz1jm i use my face cleanser for the whole massage, when i’m done i just wash off my face and use a wash cloth to clean my neck. Then i wash my hands and do the scalp massage. Doing it with my cleanser helps with avoiding acne too!! Hope this is helpful :)

hi, in the morning, my face is verryy puffy too! But beside this exercise you can try to ice your face, use a jade roller, to a light cardio workout , drink water (for some reason it works) or stretching!! It always depuffes my face
I wish I had seen this before breaking some blood vessels on my face trying out Gua sha! I have very sensitive skin and was in an autoimmune flare when the damage to skin and capillaries happened, trying to depuff stagnant lymph and fluids

Maybe because ur hands were dirty? (It might be wrong tho) before doing face massage u have to wash ur hand very well and apply some moisturize on ur face before doing anything maybe too much touching ur face can irritate ur skin! I hope this helps!!! ♥️

Did very similar face massage for 6 month, if you have swelling because of inflammation, if will help. But for me it wasn't an issue, so - no effects. :/ The massage is good, anyway

she mentioned that you can use anything that'll work as lubricant, like a face wash or moisturiser (or any skincare product), and some people even use their sunscreen for this. she used a gel cleanser in the video, but again it doesn't matter.
