Great video man that first camp was sweet should of met out there! Great camping and hanging out again. Let's do it again sometime soon, maybe somewhere warm and away from sugar beets😁 Appreciate the shout out brother! Had a feeling there was bad spirits there and now you got me freaked out with the playground footage haha.
I don't know what it is about your videos but you just calm me down and help me forget about the problems at the moment. Every night before I go to bed which is usually pretty late, I watch many of your videos. I had missed a lot of your really old ones from way back when you first began and that's where I'm at now. Thank you Brian for your wonderful videos and for helping me have peace of mind. God bless you always, you and Kellie. ❣️👍❤️💯🙏
In 2002 I was restoring a 1979 Westfalia to live in. I ended up meeting my wife and never went on the road. I don't regret starting a family at all, and raising kids has been a whole new adventure. However I get sort of nostalgic when I see a Westy travelling down the road. Watching your channel is a complete vicarious thrill for me. Good job on living your life on your terms. Most people will never understand that joy. Peace brother and safe travels.
Hahahah I love the lil edit when ur talking about the water spicket 😂😂 it’s always fun using the time machine to view ur past travels thanks for sharing & take care!
Wow, I love watching your videos!!!!! My twin sister, Sandy, who is married to Kyle, (who donated the white van) told me about you and I look forward to your videos!!!!!! You are so genuine and someday, I'm going to travel the U.S in a camper van. I currently have a 24- foot trailer which my husband and I travel in but I'd prefer a van because I like a simple camper setup Take Care!!!
Honestly... I’ve been following five “van dwellers” please keep doing what to do! You are by far my favorite! Come to Kansa city,!!!.... local van dweller here!
Man bro I’m gona tell you something....idk if you’re over your depressive episode, but you SURE DO sound like it. I hear the excitement in your voice again. I’m LOVING IT. I’m actually gona watch this vid AGAIN just to relive it!! PEACE BRO!👍🏾👏🏾🙏🏾
Beautifully filmed and the music set the tone nicely - very artsy, man. You've got the heart of a poet in your selections of what to film and how you do it, Brian! Keep it up. There was nothing spooky for me about the ending...just you, letting the place speak for itself, and giving thanks for all the good surrounding you. We all need to do more of that all day long! Blessings abound. Harvest time is near - Ha! ;D
Just finished William Least Heat-Moon's "Blue Highways". Great book. Thanks for the recommendation. Now reading his "Writing Blue Highways". Safe travels.
I'm very surprised you didn't show the view to your right. I've driven that bridge 100s of times and it never gets old. Lake Superior is fantastic. I hope you'll come back. Duluth is a great city, although I get it that it's probably not your cup of tea. But that view to your right would have been. I encourage you to come back and head up the North Shore of Lake Superior. It's fantastic. But more to your liking, I'd suggest the Gunflint Trail or the Sawbill Trail. There are others that are worth checking out as well. Please don't dismiss us. You'd love it here!
Liked those campgrounds, relaxing. Love to hear the wind rustling the leaves. Beautiful lake. Glad you're hanging with friends, haven't seen them on YT in forever. Good they are ok. Like when you smile and say "and the adventure continues " 😊👍
Brian I truly did enjoy the footage in the video and can remember you staying there when you first started the sugar beet thing. I also remember when you left San Diageo for the first time after working on the van to get it ready. That to me was an exciting year. Take care my friend.
oh Brian that Lake is beautiful! I wish iww can be there right now ! it's been raining here in Texas. always good to see you Brian! thanks for takeing me for ride.
I've always liked how picturesque Minnesota really is, how nice and pretty the rock formations are off the freeways, and how pretty the landscape is in this state. I only hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. You will probably agree that the video doesn't give it justice in terms of how scenic it really is in this state!
It is great to see parts of MN that I have never been to. It is amazing how you can live somewhere all your life and only know the corners of your little world within a few miles. Thanks for the videos.
Hello, beautiful camp ground and gorgeous lake. I have missed the video about the fridge, that is not good hope you can replace soon. Another pretty campground. Great fire pit. Love all he scenery you show. Stay safe. Sending hugs
Great video. Really enjoyed all the good editing. The music, the nature shots (always), the drone, and the drive time shots. It was nice to hear you say " our park" :D it seems like that park is an important tradition in the Adventure Vanman Community. I did think about whether you'd stay there again. Glad you did. Again, thanks for all the work you do to share with us. It means a lot.
I live just outside of Grand Rapids, MN...kinda trippy seeing it in one of your videos! Too bad you couldn't spend more time in northern MN...it's so incredibly beautiful in fall. Unfortunately that beauty shows us right about the time you have to be in the Red River Valley...oh well, maybe someday.
I just started watching your videos last week i love them it was nice to see you were in my homestate i live in southern mn near Mankato I'm watching and planning on going nomad looks fun as hell
Such a beautiful spot by that lovely lake Would love to find that someday and hang out for awhile....grin... Looks like you have had some gorgeous weather spite the cooler temps........Keep enjoying out there
Hey, Brian. Nice to see you are safely at camp. Tell Jeff to swap the front brake cable for the throttle. At least until the new one arrives. Dave 2D lost Leia yesterday so maybe you can send word to help him with his loss. I'm still here spending my days at the hospital with my Dad. At least I can stay close to him. I've never stealth camped at a hospital before. So far it's been ok, no knock's yet. Funny how you are getting shout outs every place you pull in! Just goes to show you when you're a good person people want to say hello. Stay warm and have a great time at the harvest. Beeps.
As always, I love hearing your whistle of appreciation, especially the new improved version! Lol Great editing in this video! ~ Lori (aka Wandering Walden) ✌🏼
Hello Michigander! I live on Drummond Island. My Daughter in law grew up in Livonia, her father was a Captain for the Livonia Fire Dept. You grow good people from Livonia!
What a beautiful place ...love the sound of wind in the trees... beautiful day, beautiful lake...thank you for sharing! God bless you and keep you safe!
Hey, Brian-we have a cabin about 25 miles from Grand Rapids, we go there all the time for supplies, when we’re up there. Beautiful country, glad you enjoyed yourself in MN. 🎃
I assume you're coming to work the beet harvedt. It's been brutal here in Crookston,Minnesota. I've been here 2 weeks and have only worked 5 hours due to all the rain and snow.
Love those clouds the 1st part of the video. The kind you can lay under and make images out of. Your buddies Toyota very similar to the one I had. I just posted pics last night of mine. I like the merry-go-round. .Cute and playful in the 1st scene and frightful in the last one!
Now you're in my home state, Brian. I'm a Texas now but I have fond memories about Minnesota. Mostly fishing. I'm sort of wishing you would pull out a fishing pole on your journies. When you have been recognized in a national forest you have hit celebrity status. Better get a hat and some dark glasses.
Nice little park. We lived with no fridge for a few years and it was alright. It takes some getting used to. I am still amazed at how much stuff really doesn't need to be refrigerated like eggs and many veggies. We are all told that our food will spoil right away without putting it in a fridge. That is simply not true. It's just nice to be able to keep stuff fresh for longer so that you don't have to go shopping every other day like we used to. (Vans and rvs don't have root cellars!) Any way good luck with that. At least winter is coming now. Just remember though if it gets really cold in your van you need to put your fresh vegetables in a paper bag or ideally a card board box this will protect them and let them breathe. You can put them in a cooler without ice but they won't last long that way because they need air. Fridges have fans that's why veggies can stay in them for so long. :-)
Takes me 5 times as longer sometimes to watch your videos as I like to google earth your locations to get a real sense and scale of your journeys and kinda ride along with ya...... wow took me a while to find sixmile lake today as there are soooo many lakes/waters in the Minnesota areas. Needed to use the search bar this time..... failed tracking lol. Great travels man, enjoy.
Always happy to see a new vid!! I was wondering if the dark side got you..... spigot....and the weird animal ride clip... Until I read other comments referencing Halloween. Ah now I get it! Whew! Stay in the light! 😉👍✌
I converted a 1.1 cubic foot freezer to a refrigerator using an inkbird digital temperature controller, It doesn’t use much power and it fits in my tiny van. It’s 110 so you need an inverter.
Thanks man! Always goods times camping with you. Funky vibes there for sure. Those lentil tacos though...Dang! 😁 ✌

isnt it nice when people recognize you and smile and greet you by name. i saw the instant smile on your face when he called out your name.
Minnesota is one of the few states I haven't been to. This was fun. Thanks!
I really enjoy your videos. Very calming.

Great video Brian loved the ending with shots of flowers 🌺, leaves 🍁 & berries 👍👍✌️
It’s nice to know you are out there enjoying yourself, great video 👍🏾
Think you're going to need to write a song about sugar beets . Harvests. Seasons on Earth. Love you work my Brother... Beat that sugar 🎶.
Lol nice spooky merry go round at the end!!!

the build up of trees @8:35 is great firewood...maybe there should be a 1 or 2 day even organized to clean it up lol...
Another beet harvest....how quickly a year goes by. Stay safe.

That playground is really creepy, especially when you moved the equipment. goosebumps!
I think there's a demon in that park, might want to BEET it out of there. Good luck brother.
And the demon is called fall or worse, winter.

Sioux Falls SD here, I love MN and the Midwest. Transplant from the east coast.
@Lisa Marie isn't SD amazing the Badlands and all over the state? Great place.
Great vid. Sorry ur fridge is out. That must be a big pain because you love to cook fresh foods.
Cool stuff Brian
Great Halloween ending to your video! Nice and spooky!

That ending was like a horror movie cliff hanger...LOL!
Very pretty little park. Stay warm out there!
Thanks for taking us along, Brian, and the beautiful footage as well. Good luck with the job. Happy harvest. Hope it stays dry enough. Love, cat.
Thanks for the inspiration.
Beautiful video, Thank you from Livonia, Michigan..."Pure Michigan" that is. LOL Take care and happy trails.
Hello Michigander! I live on Drummond Island. My Daughter in law grew up in Livonia, her father was a Captain for the Livonia Fire Dept. You grow good people from Livonia!
Love the lake scene with the drone
No fridge that’s a bad one.Thank you for your post safe travels!

Hey, Brian-we have a cabin about 25 miles from Grand Rapids, we go there all the time for supplies, when we’re up there. Beautiful country, glad you enjoyed yourself in MN. 🎃
Loved the ride along and the END was fantastic 👍
Always happy to get my AVM notification. Take care Brian hopefully you’re about done with the beet harvest by now ✌️
Very Beautiful!

Be safe in your travels. Love the videos
Nice pics from the harvest on IG! There's always something that needs to be worked... Empty playgrounds always give off a strange vibe 🎃
Minnesnowta yesterday. Glad it melted fast. Winter is now 7 months a year in the land of 10,000 lakes.
Im in northern MN myself, hibbing 🍻. Snowed again this morning lol brrrr.
I like this video(Octoberish). --Patrick
Hey Brian!!!
Safe travels, welcome to Minny where you can enjoy the 4 seasons weather LMAO
Nice, quiet park. Seems like a good opportunity to rest up before starting the beet harvest. Safe travels. Peace.
Great views in the first camp. I missed why you don't have refrig... you doing a decent ice chest now? Nice city park too. Sugar Beet time!
Love those clouds the 1st part of the video. The kind you can lay under and make images out of. Your buddies Toyota very similar to the one I had. I just posted pics last night of mine. I like the merry-go-round. .Cute and playful in the 1st scene and frightful in the last one!

It would cost a fortune to go fishing in every state we go through.
I was talking to Brian, I am not interested in your opinion.
I noticed that you travel the country route rather than Interstate highway we do the same thing as we can enjoy the trip. Nice vlog.
Nice little park.

I converted a 1.1 cubic foot freezer to a refrigerator using an inkbird digital temperature controller, It doesn’t use much power and it fits in my tiny van. It’s 110 so you need an inverter.
It only cost around 130.00
How big of an inverter do you use? Is 600watts enough? Thank you👍
1000 watt
It’s not a fancy one, it’s a cobra
Great, thank you. Im going to look into this as an option✌
Nice to see you enjoying traveling & camping - nice weather in a great spot.
Ain’t it great to be off that boat ?
New subscriber here, I’ve watched a few of your videos, looks like you are really grounded, looking forward to more fun videos. Safe travels.
Thank you, glad you enjoy the videos✌
Welcome to the family RV Road Dogg!
I saw your sense of humor there with those creepy bits!
Nice video,...can we get a tour of the inside of your van?
I show the inside at about the 2 minute mark of this video.... ua-cam.com/video/PFNTS-JTWLM/v-deo.html
Hi Brian great camp man listen while your in Mn you should check out the Mall of America
