omg thank you dude, i went out last night to try squid fishing for the first time had no clue what to do i must have spent 400mb last night watching vids on what to do i watched some dudes Vid (who actually prolly used around 350 of that 400 MB) when he got to this knot your showing at 2:10 he failed to show what he was doing... needless to say after making a mess of my line an getting no where i improvised i still didnt catch any squid tho lol
Nice. I have the same set-ups myself, the snap swivel allows to exchange for a tommy on barb set-up also. I find the sinker addition to be good on my shoulder as less casting due to less chance of a snag, I let it sit a lot of the time with sinker on bottom and jig /jag hanging. Ignore the comment about it being a jig not a jag, call it the fk you want my friend 👍
THANK'S Ozi, a little help if you can, the float you are using what size or has it a number, i want to use whole whiting for bait (winter) cheers Chris PS do you remember where you picked it up.
would have been even better if the camera was at hand level instead of focusing on your hat and the cabin roof above your head. Could have seen more,,,
This jig is so loaded with too many items that will spook the squid or fish. USELESS!. Use simple float stoppers for any depth second: use slide egg sinker directly to main line and get rid of excess line that are potential to tangle the jig. Add all that for SHOW. NOT PRACTICAL.
This was the most helpful and informative video on lures that I have ever seen. Thank you so much for makingcit man
