ITs been a great year for squid. the Squid have really come on in recent months! - i love to fish for them using two jigs but i also am a fan favourite of fishing with a float and Baiting Needle! In this episode we fish a pier. where the bottom of the ocean is weedy, rocky and has sea grass. The perfect place for Bait fish to congrigate and te Squid to ambush their prey! We use a float fishing technique i prefer to use on rougher nights (but it will work all the time) Using either a Sprat bait or a Large prawn! Enjoy!
@@BeneathTheWavesFishingJersey forsure mate ,thanks for uploading this, looks handy way getting 🦑livos,we mostly slow and deep troll them here for dentex there great bait in winter .tightlines I look forward to your next upload 😎🐟🇪🇸
Fantastic videos and tutorials! I specially liked the one where you demonstrated how to make a double jig rig. Well done! Will the same techniques apply in the tropical sea of South East Asia or it really depends on where you are fishing, bro?
Yes defiantly. I fished all around the world catch squid on the same methods. May have to use thinner fluorocarbon line in clearer water so it don’t spook the squid
Not at all. To be honest most of the places I fish, dry out with the tide. So I know where to sea depth is depending on where I am at the spot. But also most just trial and error to find the depth
I really hope these marine creatures are psychologically all alike no matter where you find them around the Globe. Same habits, I mean will be expected in the Andaman sea as they are in the British waters.

Stupid question I think but how do you find out how deep the water is your fishing in

Hi
What time of year to fish for squid in the UK?
September onwards in October and November
I really hope these marine creatures are psychologically all alike no matter where you find them around the Globe. Same habits, I mean will be expected in the Andaman sea as they are in the British waters.
More than likely. I fished in Tasmania for squid all be it a different bread but they disposal way is all the same.
Epic bra… you famous in Jersey 🎉
