- Your body wants to sing without strain. If singing doesn’t feel good, your body is telling you you’re not doing it right. One of the keys to effortless singing is being “grounded” in your body and in your support. In this video, you can hear the before and after change in this singer’s sound as I work with her on the idea of being more grounded.

she sing like a princess
"I don't need you to be louder". Hi, key, thank you!
Also, loved to look up the Broadway album of Amélie and see Phillipa Soo's gorgeous face, just waiting for me to listen and listen until I wear my headphones out 🥰
Man that pull apart technique, the lower sound she gave was just 🤌🏾
I was so focus on her voice tell I fell in love with her t-shirt :)
This made me cry. This transformation is like from caterpillar to butterfly.
omg, i want to do thissss omy
I always tense up :/
What song was the student singing?
She's singing "Time's Are Hard For Dreamers" from the broadway musical Amelie.
"Times Are Hard For Dreamers" from the musical Amelie.
There’s LITERALLY no difference
There is.
Only if you are deaf. There is very big difference. The first one is singing with the neck ( tension ) . The second one is more relaxed and more beautiful for our ears ( but at the high parts old habits kick in )
I can hear quite a difference
its more open!
You do not have an ear for music. This is not in your skill set, my friend.
