Ive never heard anyone speak of pelvic floor and how to use it -Amazing i can immediately tell a dramatic difference. This is one of the best instructional videos ive ever seen. Ive found some of these by myself over time but this is a gold mine of fundamental techniques, hard to grasp at first but once you get in touch with your body over time it is easy. I’ve been trying to rid myself of strain and tension for years. Usually pulling chest or constricting my throat with no power. I’m unaware most of the time too. These tips are helpful, really enjoy your approach with mindfulness.

I’ve been trying to rid myself of strain and tension for years. Usually pulling chest or constricting my throat with no power.
I’m unaware most of the time too.

So it's not just about the feeling, but the vocal cords are actually stretched with a forward/downward movement of the thyroid cartilage, if done healthily, as I lay out in the above video. #SharingIsCaring 😃

Hi, can I ask a question, I've been doing what you explained, my rib cage and back are a little sore. I don't know if it should be sore. I was thinking maybe because I'm not used to using those muscles. But I hear the difference in my voice. So what I understood is that you have get the air and just hold it tightly there and don't move it unless you need to for instance if you need to take another breath?
it seems like in a resting, neutral state, the pelvic floor is already down? if so, how can it go lower as your sing your phrase?
