is it possible for a iacv to make the engine not idle? after startup it idles at 500rpm on cold start then after 50*c water temp it goes to down until it just stalls. Then it wont start?
Hlw seeking for help recently I swapped my x90 markii 1fge to 1zjgte vvti A/T bt my speedro meter is not working. Any solution or whrer is the location of the km/h’s sensor
My 1jz , was reving up by itself when I start it and staying reving by itself, but now its reving up and down, surging , is it anything to do with the tps or the iacv ? Thanks
Hey, The first thing id do is check for vacuum leaks. It can cause surging. I do this with a "boost leak checker" can build one yourself for cheap. a bad IACV can cause it to rev up by itself but i've never had one surge because of a bad IACV
@@BIYGarage hi thanks for the reply, I have the car 2months now and the car has been lying up for 2 years and I bought it and it was running fine, just there last week I started it and it just rev up by itself and staying revved up, but this week it's now surging, it has a fc commander I disconnect the battery always when I'm not driving it, I'm just wondering is it got anything to do with the fc commander or map, I'll check for vacuum leaks like u said , thanks

First thing I would do is a boost leak test. If the engine has MAF a vacuum leak anywhere could cause low idle.
It’s hard to find these why do you get new ones from
