This whole movie was literally so confusing and also when are people gonna realize WE DONT NEED MORE BROTHER AND SISTER TROPE WATTPAD-LIKE MOVIES… yes even if they’re not “technically siblings”
For real, who wrote this ? If they changed, the trope had better writers and a script than you onow maybe thus movie wouldn't have been so...unbearable
I'm not a writer, buuuut some things I would have change or done differently were: 1° Having Rigel and Nica to be adopted when they're children. With the couple choosing to adopt *only* Rigel, because how much he reminded them of their deceased son. And Nica being adopted, by a different couple, some time later. 2° I would also have kept the detail of Rigel being favored by the Matron, and also holding affection towards Nica, even trying to protect her from the Matron and older children whenever he could. Of course, she wouldn't know that. With him leaving the orphanage, Nica's life would have become a living hell. This, along with the resentment for him "stealing" the family that "should have been hers", made her hold a deep resentment and grudge for the boy, even years later. 3° And about Asia, the annoying girl who used to date Alan (the couple's deceased son). I would choose to keep her in the story, but being the couple's youngest daughter (a.k.a Rigel stepsister) Seeing her parents bringing a new boy home, shortly after her brother's tragical death, made her feel like they're only trying to replace their son, and that she's not enough for them.
This movie was so confusing like The boy keeps approaching and distanting himself from the girl Lionel can't take a f*cking hint The ending was so random and rushed We didn't even know how they spent their childhood in the orphanage entirely The kisses weren't kissing (like they're pressed to each other but they never kissed for sum reason until half of the end)
For the first time in my life it took me legit business days to complete a one and a half hour film. I only survived this film because of how comic it was to see the kids being more dramatic and serious than the adults where in reality they should be focusing on studies
👏bravo, really enjoyed this and I deeply agree with your reactions, I did watch this movie with my mom and I swear that it physically hurt me and made me feel ashamed to be Italian
OMGG. I wish i saw this video before. As an Italian girl you should know that this is a piece of italian internet trash culture now! Keep up you're so fun!
If you’re into the aesthetic of this movie but want actual plot and supernatural stuff like idk, time travel, may I recommend Ruby Red (original title Rubinrot, 2013). There’s 3, based on a book trilogy (which was of course better bc the movies strayed from the plot towards the end) but they’re still good movies especially the first two
One thing I want to confess (as an Asian)I watched the preview and read the context on Netflix which looked promising so i turned on the movie and literally watched it with my MOM and my younger sister and the way I REGRETTED 🤡💀
hear me out, this movie but as a series, instead of it being so rushed and all over the place, and uhm lets make them NOT step sibling, would have been so much better if they both got adopted by diff people but same family? (idk how to explain it.)
The name was cool , so i decided to watch it. I couldn't really get what was going on in this movie. Like what is this movie about. It would be cool if he was a psychopath trying to kill her or smth cuz wth was that movie even bout?

This movie was so dramatic for no particular reason💀
EXACTLY 😂😂😂 I couldn’t get with the hype, just too much acting, too much chaos, too much drama. The male lead was smoking hot, though! 😝
Can we just talk about how the parents, who only intended to adopt one "child", simply decided to take a second one with them? ☠
