List of things that Hamza said we can do from 45:00:
    1. Take Omega-3 Fish Oil
    2. Avoid vegetable oils, sunflower oils and seed oils - ESPECIALLY the last two. For fat meals use ghee butter or full fat grass-fed butter. Do not confuse the real butter with some margarine or some other shit.
    3. Use salt more often, or at least remember that salt is healthier than sugar.
    4. Avoid soy and flaxseed (they have very big amount of estrogen)
    5. Lose your body fat (estrogen is "stored" (by simplifying) in your body fat)
    6. Go into a sauna (by sweating you are getting rid of estrogen from your body - bonus points if you have a hyperhidrosis like me ;) )
    7. Avoid plastic (that means not only drinking water from plastic bottle but also just touching a plastic material)
    8. Avoid food in plastic if possible
    9. Use metal water bottles (buy a 100% stainless steel bottle, not some BPA-free bullshit)
    10. Avoid polyester and nylon material in things like clothes. The good alternatives are for example 100% cotton or wool things.
    11. Support companies that are helping us with avoiding estrogens, like the ones that are making a plastic free materials.
    12. Don't take a receipt in shop.
    13. Don't use a hand sanitizer, it's making a estrogen 100 times worse and it also dries out your skin. Use soap, as simple as that.
    14. Don't keep a wallet full of receipts next to your balls.
    15. Avoid modern food. If you want to use a Hamza's diet, just eat a meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts (and stuff like eggs, brown bread or rice occasionally). Remember that if you want to change your diet to do it by a small steps, not by going on a full fuck-modern-food mode in 100% in one day.
    16. Eat grass-fed meat, not grain-fed.
    17. Don't eat too much things like pasta and bread (esspeccially if you are from Eastern Europe like me - man we really are a bread eaters and it's not healthy).
    18. Don't use bathroom chemical stuffs in plastic bottles, instead use some natural ingredients and products.
    19. Get a charcoal water filter.

Let me add some stuff to this:
      1. Keep your phone on airplane mode and bluetooth turned off when it is in your pocket and when you sleep.
      2. If you are going to get fish oil, make sure you get a high quality omega-3 in triglyceride form and that is molecularly distilled, but i recommend just eating sardines.
      3. If you are going to follow Hamzas diet make sure you get organic sources of everything to avoid all the chemicals.
      4. Remove gluten and get rid of all grains, cook vegetables to remove anti nutrients, and dont eat too many nuts, this will lower chronic inflammation and ease digestion.
      5. Dont be afraid of red meat, saturated fat is good for you contrary to popular belief, crutial for testosterone and is shown to combat BPAs effects in the body.
      6. Dont get a charcoal filter get a full 4-5 stage reverse osmosis filter that filters out literally everything(including the hormones) and remineralizes the water.
      7. Lastly, eat beef liver from 100% grass fed source, most nutritious food in the world.

    SUMMARY:
    - There was a fish study where fish were exposed to BPA for a week, and when they were compared to fish who weren't, more of those which were exposed ended up infertile. Then their children ended up infertile at a higher rate, and their children's children at an even higher rate.
    - Our grandfathers had significantly higher levels of testosterone
    - There are man made things around us which are estrogenic (increase your estrogen). It's more important to avoid these than to try increasing your testosterone with supplements, squats, etc.
    - Milk has high levels of estrogen.
    - When girls take birth control (which contains EE2), they excrete this in their urine. The water filters aren't able to filter that out, and you end up drinking it. This increases your estrogen
    - Men's sperm counts have decreased 50%. Our sperm is becoming deformed. When it's deformed, it can't swim right. And think about it, that's your son. That's the start of your child. Imagine the effects on your children from your sperm having two heads or a deformed tail.
    - There's going to be a time when you may want to have children even if you don't want to now, so it's worth taking this seriously.
    - Miscarriages are becoming more common. Women still have to deliver the miscarried baby in many cases.
    - Some plants are very estrogenic, like soy. Same with the herbicides they put on plants. All plastics in general are estrogenic. Plastics are everywhere and they don't decompose.
    - BPA-free is like fat-free. It's a cope. When they remove the BPA or fat, they put in other chemicals that are even worse (sugar in the case of fat-free foods, and other chemicals in the case of BPA-free
    - Receipts (from stores when you purchase something) have a hyper-concentrated amount of BPA on them, and people usually put them in their pockets (next to their balls lol).
    - Having BPA on your hands is also bad, if you use hand-sanitizer after touching BPA it makes it 100x worse due to some chemical reactions that increase absorption. That's comparable to the fish study at the start.
    - Our infertility rate is 20%. That's like the first generation of the fish study. Hamza thinks we'll see such a growth in infertility due to these estrogens that we may become extinct
    - Infertility companies and the industry in general are going to blow up if you want to capitalize financially lol
    - Clothes, your underwear, bedsheets, all have plastics
    - ACTION YOU CAN TAKE: A lot of the progress you make with the following recommendations you won't even feel, but they help. Try to start with 3 and slowly incorporate more over time:
    - Omega 3 fish oils are shown to help with the estrogen effects
    - No seed oils
    - Avoid flax seeds and soy
    - Lose body fat. Estrogen receptors are in fat, so you can get rid of the estrogen stored in the fat.
    - Use saunas, because the more you sweat, the more estrogen that comes out of your body. Scientists put a patch on people's skin in a sauna and compared to people who weren't sweating, and found more estrogen on the sweaty skin.
    - Try to avoid plastics to a reasonable degree. Avoid food in plastics
    - Avoid polyester and nylon in your clothes especially when you're sweating
    - Support companies that are anti-plastics
    - Don't take the receipt and don't keep them by your balls
    - Avoid modern foods. Eat meat vegetables fruit nuts eggs and sometimes bread
    - Eat grass-fed not grain-fed meat
    - Go find natural products for toiletries

01:00:39 🌍 Consider using UK-based plastic-free companies for eco-friendly materials, but be aware they may not focus on male-specific issues.
01:01:22 💡 Support companies focused on plastic-free products to contribute to sustainable practices and healthier choices.
01:03:02 🧼 Be cautious about using hand sanitizers and products with unnatural ingredients; choose simple, natural alternatives.
01:05:09 🥦 Consider adopting a diet centered around meat, vegetables, fruits, and nuts for improved health, while minimizing modern processed foods.
01:06:49 🥩 Opt for grass-fed meat to avoid the potential estrogenic effects associated with grain-fed animal products.
01:08:22 🚿 Choose natural, chemical-free alternatives for personal care products, like soap, toothpaste, and shampoo.
01:10:01 💧 Consider using charcoal water filters for tap water to potentially reduce exposure to contaminants.

Dairy products are great 'bulking' foods and very nutrient-dense. They also hydrate you very well because they are rich in electrolytes and minerals. An excerpt from a book I recently read called Vintage Physique by Geοrge Kelly:
"People have been drinking raw milk straight from their cows, sheep, and goats for millennia. Raw milk has long been one of the most nutritionally-complete foods in the human diet and an integral component of nearly every culture’s cuisine. In today's super-sanitized, germophobic and technologically advanced world, raw milk is irrationally demonized for various reasons. Dairy, especially cow dairy, can indeed be problematic for a lot of people. However, dairy derived from goats, sheep, or buffalo is much more gut- and immune-friendly due to the chemical structure of casein (milk protein) it contains. On top of that, many individuals who normally are lactose intolerant often find that they can tolerate raw milk just fine. These people actually have a pasteurization intolerance, not a lactose intolerance. A reason that this happens is that raw milk naturally contains the enzyme lactase and specific probiotic species, like Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus and Enterococcus which break down lactose, a disaccharide found in milk, into galactose and glucose, which are digestible, simple sugars. Raw milk has for decades been well-regarded in health circles due to its unique health-promoting benefits:
      • Raw milk provides readily-available nutritional elements our body needs for repair and regeneration, including easily-assimilable proteins and fats in their whole, unprocessed, unadulterated form.
      • The fatty acids in raw milk nourish the brain and intestinal lining, and upregulate mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are membrane-bound cell organelles that generate most of the chemical energy needed to power the cell's biochemical reactions.
      • Raw milk contains the enzyme phosphatase and other crucial enzymes necessary for the complete absorption of calcium, which are not present in pasteurized milk. That's why some research papers (falsely) link dairy consumption with the onset, rather than the prevention, of osteoporosis.
      • Naturally-occurring beneficial bacteria (probiotics) in raw milk carry amazing benefits for our gut, immune and digestive health.
      • Raw milk is a perfect source of unheated, unoxidized cholesterol, fatty acids, and non-denatured proteins. Protein denaturing or protein denaturation is a change in the chemical structure of protein that occurs due to chemical effects. The most common source of protein denaturing is heat application, as happens in pasteurization and cooking.
      • Raw milk is nature's perfect electrolyte drink. It contains large amounts of organic minerals, which nourish the body's organs, glands and tissues, provide intracellular hydration and optimize brain function.
      • Colostrum (first mammal's milk after giving birth), but raw milk as well, contain immunoglobulins / antibodies, and complement factors that upregulate immune function and provide major antimicrobial effects against a wide range of pathogens.
      • People with bone-related conditions, like bone spurs, osteopenia and osteoporosis, notice their condition significantly improving or completely disappearing after a few months of daily ingestion of fresh, raw milk."

00:00 🐟 A study showed that exposure to BPA (from plastic) for seven days affected fish fertility in subsequent generations.
03:18 🚰 Hormonal birth control like oral contraceptives can end up in the water system and impact fish fertility.
04:17 📈 Testosterone levels in modern men are significantly lower than those of their great-grandfathers.
09:39 🥛 Estrogenic substances, like those found in milk and plastics, can disrupt hormonal balance in men.
14:07 🥚 Sperm counts have decreased by 50% in recent years, possibly due to environmental factors.
18:27 🤔 Considering your future, it's important to address factors affecting your fertility and hormonal health, such as avoiding estrogenic substances.
23:36 🚰 Certain chemicals, like EE2 (found in birth control pills), can be estrogenic and impact hormone profiles when they enter the water supply through human waste.
26:20 🛍 BPA, an estrogenic chemical found in plastics, can affect hormone levels. Even though some plastics are labeled "BPA-free," they may still contain other harmful substances.
28:00 🏥 Varicocele, a condition where veins in the testicles become tangled, can result in infertility and may be linked to BPA exposure from keeping receipts in wallets.
30:07 🏦 Receipts from stores contain concentrated amounts of BPA, and men who store them in wallets on the left side may be at higher risk for varicocele.
31:55 🖐 Using hand sanitizer after touching BPA-laden surfaces can make the harmful effects of BPA exposure up to 100 times worse.
37:30 🌍 Plastics are generally considered harmful, and it's safer to avoid them altogether due to their estrogenic potential. Many everyday items, including clothing, contain plastics.
43:41 🐟 Omega-3 fish oil supplements can help regulate estrogen levels.
45:06 🚫 Avoid vegetable oils and seed oils; opt for ghee or full-fat grass-fed butter.
46:16 🍳 Cook food with healthy fats, like traditional butter, for improved health.
47:19 🧂 Salt and fat are essential and not harmful; don't avoid them in your diet.
49:28 🚫 Avoid soy and flaxseed due to their high estrogen content.
50:11 🩸 Lowering body fat can help reduce stored estrogen in the body.
51:22 🧖‍♂ Frequent sauna use can help detoxify the body and eliminate estrogen.
53:01 🚫 Avoid plastic products, as they can leach estrogenic compounds.
55:46 🍎 Prefer food packaged in non-plastic materials like glass, cardboard, or metal.
56:55 🛏 Look for bedding and clothing made from natural materials like cotton or wool.
01:00:10 💼 Support companies offering plastic-free products and materials for a healthier lifestyle.
01:01:22 🌱 Support eco-friendly companies that promote no plastics and sustainability.
01:03:02 🧾 Avoid keeping a wallet full of receipts near your body, as it may have health risks.
01:05:09 🍽 Consider a diet focused on meat, vegetables, fruits, and nuts for improved health.
01:06:49 🐄 Choose grass-fed meat over grain-fed for better nutrition.
01:08:51 🚿 Use natural and chemical-free products for personal care and hygiene.
01:10:42 💧 Consider getting a charcoal water filter for improved water quality.

    1. Take Omega-3 Fish Oil & eat sardines.
    2. Use ghee butter, full-fat grass-fed butter, or coconut oil for high-fat meals.
    3. Use salt more often, or at least remember that salt is healthier than sugar.
    4. Avoid soy and flaxseed due to their high estrogen content.
    5. Reduce body fat.
    6. Visit a sauna to sweat out excess estrogen.
    7. Avoid not only drinking water from plastic but also consuming food that comes packaged in it.
    8. Utilize 100% stainless steel water bottles.
    9. Avoid polyester and nylon clothing materials. Opt for 100% cotton or wool instead.
    10. Use soap to wash hands instead of sanitizers, as the latter can double estrogen levels.
    11. Steer clear of processed modern food.
    12. Opt for grass-fed meat instead of grain-fed.
    13. Avoid excessive consumption of pasta and bread.
    14. Avoid using bathroom products in plastic bottles; instead, choose natural ingredients and products.
    15. Consider getting a charcoal water filter.
    16. Keep your phone on airplane mode and turn off Bluetooth when it is in your pocket or during sleep.
    17. Don't be afraid of consuming red meat;
    18. Opt for a full 4-5 stage reverse osmosis filter that removes hormones and remineralizes water.
    19. Lastly, include beef liver from a 100% grass-fed source in your diet.
Don't forget to report your progress 6 months later so others can be motivated. 💪

17:30 You make a great point here regarding having a family. Its common to hear that a man will blame his woman when they can conceive, misscariage, deformity, or handicap. Human nature compells us to not want to accept responsibility when it is too painful to believe the fault is within the man, which only prevents a solution from being implemented. Usually the result is abuse directed at the woman from her partner. This is especially true in certain regions of the world or within certain religions.

Now as an adult I'm trying to do it again, and realizing just how great cardio in the summer heat is. Of course you have to be safe about it and not get dangerously overheated or dehydrated, but working up a good sweat in full sun for half an hour to an hour makes me feel so much better once I've recovered. Start slow and learn your limits. There's "I'm working out hard in the heat" lightheaded and "I'm going to pass out in the heat" lightheaded. You'll learn the difference pretty quickly. I sleep like a baby in the summer doing this.

I increased my own test significantly. I was a drug addict for 4 years, cocaine mainly, it almost killed me. Anyway, as soon as i got clean i started hitting the gym, that was 7 months ago, i rarely have a rest day, fighting demons and all that. My test was tanked, 4 years of hardly eating, sleeping, not exercising. In my experience, 70% of any natural increase in testosterone is determined by two factors: Diet and sleep. A low fat diet means your body cannot produce testosterone, it is literally derived from cholesterol , a low carb diet will increase your SHBG levels therefore lowering your free-test. So forget fad diets. 50-60% of your diet should be protein, 30-40% Carbohyrates and 10-20% fat. Fibre is good for slowing digestion, useful if you're eating alot of fast-digesting proteins like whey, beef or pork. Take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. 8 hours of sleep per day, preferably at night, is essential for proper hormone production.
I have one "bio-hack" that seems to work. Before sleep eat a handful of pistachio nuts and take a vitamin D supplement. Cholestorol, vitamin D and zinc from the multi-vit ensures your body has everything it needs to make test.
I should note i never had any blood tests done, its all anecdotal. When i got all of the above dialled in, my levels of anxiety fell by i'd say 80%, i felt like i was more in control of my body and the direction of my life, i began building muscle faster, the shape of my jawline has even changed very slightly and hairs are growing on the back of my hands, my voice has even gone deeper, and most of all i have way more days where i cannot wait to workout. Andrew Huberman said "testosterone makes effort feel good", I know what he means now, i'd never experienced that before. Anyway, hope this helps someone.

I’d like to thank you for taking the time to inform yours about the dangers that everybody essentially overlooks. Funny this is that even being 17, I’ve thought about these before but have never been able to talk about them with anyone because of how much they protect the system, and believe in it. It’s sad. Just want to thank you for talking about these things and bringing them to light. Appreciate you

Hey guys, I'm back, I haven't yet done bloodwork (that will be done in 1mo time), here it goes.
So, I reduced plastics, changed my cook wear to stainless and cast iron, received a lot of sunlight, worked with my father everyday, gave up weed , found god, written and interpertated my thoughts and dreams, I have paid exclusive attention to my diet, wich was a very important aspect, i removed all soy, flaxxseed and most estrogen based foods, reducing sugar, processed food and carbs, I have educated myself on subjects that interest me greatly such as philosophy, documentaries, etc... i only wear cotton, eated 101% WHOLE FOODS, i reduced bread but im yet to delete it forever (im European). Unfortunally during that time I've broke up from a 1 year relationship, witch I dealt quite good with.
Soo, that was a lot of stuff happening in such short period of time, now, about testosterone, one of the biggest differences is that now I wake up with a massive morning wood, I now enjoy activities that in the past were quite melancholic such exercise, read, education, write etc..., I feel much more energised during the day, more mental clarity, I feel stronger, Its easier to "get shit done", when I train I feel the blood coursing trough my veins, i believe that a good indicator of test levels.
I'm yet to get a water filter, I believe that will be a remarkable game changer, if I were to rank everything from most important, id say 1-Food, whole foods and less carbs and soy, and do not fry olive oil, I use Pig Fat (but not store bought, because all of the toxic chemicals goes to the fat, if possible get it from local producers that do not endorse so heavily on that practices ) like hamza explained 2- plastic bottles, microplastics, COOK WEAR its very important ,microwaves etc... (I have never used one) 3- water filter and water care.

I never really wrote a comment on this channel, but this time I feel obligated to say that I'm really grateful for my father, my parents in general, that have kept me from all man made, estrogenic stuff, mentioned in that video since I was a little child.
My father always made sure that all the things that I ever came in contact with, never were made out of specific metals and overall just plastic (for example bottles), instead he made sure that that everything was made out of glass or something similar.
My dad has always been very aware, informed, ahead of his time and almost radical towards that topic, rightly so, and sometimes I was frustrated, that for example, I could not own the same things that other kids did when I was little (for example some plastic gadgets from the nearby store).
But today, after watching that video of yours Hamza,
I realised what my parents have done for me and my health and I am truly grateful that they've always kept me away from all these things since I was born, have always served me non-processed food, from an organic market, that don't have pesticides and that kind of stuff.
Thank you Hamza for making me realise.

I agree, milk from the supermarket is full of estrogen because of what they're feeding the cows and the packaging it comes in etc. which is all the more reason you need to invest a bit more in the quality milk you buy. Milk is not bad for humans, it's a superfood and we've been ingesting it for centuries. In fact, I would argue it's one of the greatest foods you can eat period and will optimize your testosterone levels, especially if you can get it raw. MILK IS NOT A SCAM.

I appreciate your work. You are impressive. I read a study about flaxseed where it says the following: Flax seeds support hormone balance in two main ways. Firstly, lignins bind to estrogen in the intestine, ensuring that those estrogens get excreted in the feces. This “interrupts” the reabsorption of estrogen back into the blood stream via the liver, meaning that we can reduce the body's overall estrogen.
What do you think, Hamza? I would very much appreciate a reply.

Great video Hamza. There is one important issue though. First of all, I appreciate the time and effort to spread awareness about testosterone and possible chemicals/habits that will limit your test production.
But the big problem is overly obsessing about BPAs and estrogenic elements around you is going to cause more harm than good. The unfortunate reality is that we can’t get rid of all plastics. So by reminding yourself constantly to avoid plastic or else you’ll increase estrogen and destroy your hormones will cause you to have some sort of phobia/obsession.
If it goes on for too long, you’ll eventually end up attracting these consequences into your life with your mindset through the placebo effect. We all know it’s real and how you perceive the things around you is what’s gonna happen to you.
So my mindset is to just limit the plastics, but being afraid of them is a big no no. Instead, we use it when necessary without being so neurotic about the consequences. Plastics, BPAs are gonna stick around in our world for a long time. What’s the better option? Avoid it like it’s the new corona virus or learn to deal with it and not be neurotic about it. If we learn not to over stress about it, then I think we’ll be fine.
Do the best you can to increase your testosterone naturally, and avoid habits that will destroy it.

Yeaaah man the thing about primary school with teachers bringing in milk on trays is so relatable 😂
Also what I will say is, although a lot of whats around me is plastic - living in a countryside house, one of my toilets is wooden and I usually always use that one coz its more comfortable anyway.. plus for a long time, I have mainly used wooden hangars to put my clothes on and I always just preferred the feeling and the look of them but its actually better that my clothes are on wooden hangars.. I also have more clothes these days that are highly, if not fully cotton, like my shirts are mostly 100% cotton and some socks that I have and a flannel I use on my face is made from bamboo. I do actually have a steel waterbottle as well and havent used it much but I will going forward.. even tho I usually drink from glasses or cups anyway but I do often buy snacks and soft drinks from the shop after going to the gym and I reuse the plastic bottle for the gym.. not doing that anymore. So I'm getting somewhere atleast I guess... but I'm gonna keep improving! Thanks Hamza for making us aware of this glaring issue 😯

Hamza, I don’t know if I should be sad that your previous purpose didn’t stick, but I’m kinda happy it didn’t. I was kinda disappointed that you were quitting regular YT because your previous videos literally saved my life (yes, literally). I’m much older than you but for some reason I had the inspiration to listen to you. Really happy you’re back and yes, I do believe this is your true purpose. I’m sure I’m not alone, you cannot imagine how many knives and ropes you kept away from our bodies. Keep doing God’s work, bless you!

Hamza, this video is amazing. I’ve been subscribed for a while but only started taking action in July 2022 and you have transformed my life. At the beginning of 2022 I was vaping, I was skinny, doing all of the bad habits, not even helping my single mother. Now, I wake up at 4:15 to go to the gym every morning, I meditate everyday, I am reading 4 books, I help my mum out, I am starting my own business and I am doing well in school. You introduced me to stoicism and it has impacted my life greatly. I am the happiest I have ever been, thank you for your knowledge and I am incredibly grateful that you are kind enough to share it with us all.
