I’ve had the 89 for a week now and can genuinely say that at least once daily I go into my collection room just to look at it.
G'day. This vehicle appears to be very large. And the attention to detail is superb. It's such a great feeling to be genuinely pleased with any purchase... especially when it's quite an investment. 👍

@@sixthscaleshero You're welcome and Same here! Came into the hobby in 2018 and never thought I'd get it. Didn't want to pay $2k for it so I'm definitely happy they reissued it. It's glorious. Great work on the streams as well. Love how you kept it real about the Joost Batmobile reviewers.

Beautiful job Helen, your display looks amazing! When you put your DX09 inside do you plan on leaving the canopy open? I think that would look amazing with Danoby’s USB hack using the extra LEDs in the cockpit to illuminate him. Keep up the great work!!!
Thank you! 🙏 I’m not sure that I’ll put the figure in the vehicle. My current thinking is to have the DX09 standing on the diorama base that comes with the new 89 figure (when that is eventually released in Australia).
It's still a lovely piece, but after owning it now for over 11 years as my first ever Hot Toys purchase, it was time to go for Jazzinc. I have had plenty of enjoyment from it & the DX-09 remains the most badass '89 figure out there.
And that’s fair enough, too. I knew I would be more than happy with this version, but appreciate some collectors want more.

I’m personally not into vehicles ,not to mention most of my figures rather use horses 😅,but I don’t have space nor desire much even for that ,lol ( though ,if someone makes Thranduil’s elk, I might have to get that ,and then wonder where to put it 😅).
Anyways ,happy for ,you ! Just, if Breda ever comes to visit ,don’t let him near it ,as you know what he might do to it 😱😂.

Thank you! I have the Mars Toys Bruce and Alfred, they’re in one of my glass cabinets. The plan is to build out an 1989 to 1997 display. I hope Hot Toys comes through with the Clooney Batman for us 🤞🏻

Yes. Keep on collecting no matter what. we need more female collectors like yourself in the hobby I'm sure there out there. because I feel like it brings more of a breath of fresh air and a just different prospective.

Where can we purchase the USB LED kit you mentioned
Hi there, it’s not a kit as such. It’s a video by Danoby2 that runs through the mods/hacks he did to improve the lighting of the Batmobile. I’m not aware of any specific USB kits for the vehicle.
I could never be a collector of high-end Vehicles like this, for the simple reason that I'd be far too tempted to drive it up a wall. Quite literally.

Looks so small now I've seen the jazziinc one it's probably 1/7 scale tbh but if your on a limited budget it's nice . But good review
There is always going to be a ceiling that collectors won’t cross when it comes to cost. I 100% would not pay the (approx.) $3,500AUD it would cost for the JazzInc version. There’s much bigger and better things in life I’d rather spend my money on.
@@sixthscaleshero fair enough it's cheap and not very well made and definitely not 1/6 scale but I understand some people are bothered stuff like and just want a cheap batmobile and carnt afford to buy the premium one but as long as your happy that's all that counts 🙏
@@thetruth796 Fair enough, the Hot toys is cheaper and under scale; however, dollar per dollar it is a better value. Jazzinc offers payment plans of $109 a month because they know that people like you don’t have 1800+ for their reverse engineered 89 Batmobile. Im glad a grown as man like you has an unlimited budget for toys! Have fun with that.
