Ganglion cysts are a common type of lump that appear near joints or tendons, they can be painful but for sure they are unsightly, irritating and difficult to remove.
Women between 20 and 40 years are most susceptible to this - but I got one! And you might too. My method of removal worked for me. Since the first video many of you have contacted me to tell of your own successful methods, so I include them here.

If you have a home remedy for ganglion cyst removal that we haven't mentioned, please share it. We would all be eternally grateful!
Hello. I just used castor oil twice a day on mine and it is gone. I watched this video after someone suggested it. To my surprise it's gone😊. I had surgery before but they didn't get the sack. Hopefully it won't return. Be blessed

Mind me asking how long it took to disappear? I've had one for a decade. Had surgery too. Came back. Also used to have it syringed every so often. Always comes back. Just wondered how long it took of castor oil application til it left?
I’ve been using this oil for about two weeks and so far it’s working. It has taken my cyst down about 60% so far.. I’m praying it goes completely away and take the pain away..
@WendellHolmesJr I am so pleased this is helping you - these things are such a nuisance. Persistence is key. Thank you so much for your comment, it is great to hear from you. Good luck!
Hello Christine. Can you give me the link for the tretinoin cream?
I have been using this castor oil! It worked! I can’t believe this. My ganglion shrunk. Thanks for helping me! (I subscribed by the way)
@leslie- You have made my day - I am so pleased. Thank you for telling us!
How did you apply? I definitely want to try this method
First apply the castor oil on your ganglion and massage it 1-2 times everyday. Hope this works!
Hi Christine I had one about 10 yrs ago and massaged it every day for about a year + until it disappeared and it hasn’t come back x
Hi Laura - thank you so so much for your comment - you are first person I have heard say it hasn't come back! You have given us all hope. LOL You have certainly inspired me to keep going with the massage! Thanks again.
Wow! Thanks
Thanks for information.
Castor oil has also been known to get rid of warts as well.
Seems to be such a good 'all rounder' doesn't it. Who knew? Thank you.
Castor oil can also aid in breaking down cysts and fibroids in the uterus as well
It truly is an all rounder for your medicine and beauty cabinet isn' it.
Can ganglion cyst be cured with castor oil. Yes or no.
Hello @kushalkumar2711 - According to many of my viewers Castor oil has certainly helped. I am loathed to use the word, 'cure'. Seemingly Ganglion cysts have a tendency to return. Not a definitive answer I am afraid but it is certainly worth trying.
Hi! I have a big sebaceous cyst on my head and I'd like to know if castor oil can reduce it in size or make it disappear completely. Please answer. Thanks!
Hello there @danielezoni8779 In all honesty I have no definitive answer. My cysts were small and on my hand and they have gone. If you read the comments many people have had success using various methods with castor oil being one of the better options. I would say, therefore, that castor oil is worth trying. You have nothing to lose and it might work for you. I would also suggest speaking to your doctor they may suggest surgery (if you let them know how much it bothers you) Even with surgery it seems there are no guarantees but you could then use castor oil treatment to try to prevent its return. I wish you all the very best.
I pray mine go after using the custard oil. 🙏🙏
I do too - good luck!
will castor oil remove 3 years old volar cyst ? Please answer
@thvlover12 Personally, I don't know the answer to that. However, if you read some of the comments from both of my videos on this subject you will see what has worked for others - apart from surgery - castor oil packs seem to be the best solution and that is regardless of how long you have had the cyst. In addition, massaging the cyst whilst in a warm bath seems to help. I hope that helps you.
I listened to another video from a doctor (Nabim something) and the cyst on the under side of your wrist is a bit more concerning as it could interfere with blood flow to hand or obstruct a nerve. If your hand swells or tingles as a result of a growing cyst, I'd get it checked out with a hand doctor.
😂😂😂😂😂😂hahhah you are funny🤣
Hogwash
Don't knock it till you've tried it is what I say. If you read the comments you will see it has indeed worked for so many. Give it a try and good luck.
I dunno .. I've been dealing with a ganglion cyst over 3 years. I have accidentally popped it twice, just doing normal activity.
Both times, it didn't dissolve completely, and returned to its prior size very quickly.
I saw a video from someone who said she used thyme oil for her ganglion cyst. I found this while searching for that one (which didn't show up in my history).
I've been using the thyme oil for less than a week and already notice a difference in the pain from my cyst. I'm not sure if the size has decreased much, but it's definitely doing something. If it didn't, I wouldn't bother because I can't stand the smell 😂
Today I'm trying my phototherapy face massager on it, to see if that appears to make a bigger difference than regular massage with the thyme oil.
