Quick Riffs No. 111 | D Tuned 8 String Riffs

Here's Quick Riffs No. 111, you'll have to excuse the bad pun in the title, but yes, we're back on the 8 string, which is actually tuned to F but pitched down to D. It's a method I've been preferring more and more of late as it saves time retuning and I also find it preserves some of the high end aggression that comes with higher tuning/string tension. As for the riffs this week, it's all very simple but really dark/evil sounding atmosphere which really compliments the low tuning and vice versa. DADADGBE is my fav tuning for 8 string, though I'm more inclined to post-metal / doom like Obscure Sphinx myself.
Yours sounds nice as well though

Thanks very much, this is mostly OKW Metal with a small amount of kick and snare from OKW Architects blended in for some extra beef haha, OKW Metal does sound great on it's own though
