Awesome detailed information about flights and how much responsibility is accounted for through theses flights for the pilots. One sits as a passenger without knowledge of what it takes to land us safe during a flight. Bless all pilots for there dedication and responsibility for all of us who trust in there great work! Peter Cordero Flying is basically awesome. Only if we understood this better would we complain less about the food, the staff, long duration of flights. Though, I wish I could fly the aircraft rather than bore myself with decadent entertainment.

I got to fly over the Atlantic from Philadelphia to Aviano Air Base in Italy (stopover in Azores). Perfectly clear sky. Looked like the world's biggest mud hole. Fascinating. We flew Delta back from Brussels to Atlanta, but we flew in an arc from Belgium over England finally over Labrador and down the East Coast. I guess that was to spend as little time in that dead space as possible. Would love to have flown with KLM or another international airline, but we were military and had to come in on a US carrier. Politics.
Wonderfull! I did not know there are also Norwegian pilots with KLM. I did now that KLM employs Asian cabin crew. Wonderfull, a real international airline :)
I think KLM really stands out in this regard, their livery is one thing, but they really seem to GET IT! They keep the spirit of aviation going, in this overly corporate world of airlines. It's quite amazing for a legacy airline of over 100 years, to still have such a cutting edge, fresh attitude.
Not sure how it happened, but I found this video as part of a link to others. As I like to play with flight simulators on my computer, this gave me a more realistic idea as to how to set my settings for long flights. I am comfortable with autopilot inputs, but will have to see more videos to better understand the FMC inputs. Great video!

Why does KLM have different sections varying on the aircraft? KLM Asia was shown on the 777's tail in this video, but how many are there and where are they located? Also, which New York airport was that:JFK or EWR? Nice planes!
