I'm working through my project list, and the gym is getting closer to the top. I find this a really exciting design, because it is so simple and effective.
really great idea. I'm surprised by the complete lack of wall mounted pulley systems in the EU. If feels like a missed opportunity for some easy sales!
I recommend off-road pulleys instead of climbing ones. They are the same price, made from full steel not aluminum, much sturdier, and much more abrasive resistant. Thanks for the video!
Nice idea, love the low footprint - or as said in danish "Godt arbejde mester" :) Maybe an idea to make the project even more simple, was to the size the box to match ordinary concrete tiles from the local hardwareshop - like 14x21 cm, or 20x20 cm etc. This would save the concrete molding part, and ordinary concrete tiles are pretty cheap.
Hey brother I'm not good at DIY, would you release basic instructions on a PDF for the GHD you made, just materials and a diagram would be great. I'd even pay for them on a Patreon or something. Thanks man
no idea how I found this, but its exactly what i was looking for. Low footprint gym solutions, love the concrete weights.
Thanks for sharing.
I would highly recommend good quality pulley with balls inside for smooth quiet move.

Thank you so much 😊

Loks awesome! How did you build the box? Just wood glue and screws to hold hit together?

It strikes me that one could build one that fit Powerblocks, two 90 pound ones.
