I would add that, when performing heavy straight-bar bicep curls, the front legs will raise off the floor slightly (they cannot be bolted down). Still my favorite piece of equipment in my garage gym.
I've had the original/v1 for years now, and I love it! I add 3-1 oil to a rag and wipe down both metal beams every month, it helps everything move smoothly. I've had this for a few years. I recommend not mounting directly to drywall with lag screw. First mount a 2x4 type to wall, span at least two studs. Both bottom and top. In the 2x4, make a clearance hole for the screw which will mount the rack to the wood blocking. Use a .25 Tnut and use .25 machine screw. This allow you to demount the unit without compromising the strength of the joint over time. It also spread the load via the wood blocking to TWO studs.
I've had one for several years now and I bought sleeve adapters from Amazon bc Titan is always out of theirs. The little hack I like to use the most is that there's just enough space under the base support to slip a band through, so I use a light band and hook it to each of the loading pins. I usually leave the band on as my "base" resistance and load plates on top of that. The piece has been surprisingly fun and easy to use.
I have just added the Mirafit version of this into my gym, and love it. It already comes with the Olympic sleeves and a double to single carabiner attachment as standard. Great build quality and great functionality. Being in the UK it is more expensive (£300) than the Titan equivalent you guys get in the US, but it does come with the additional sleeves and carabiner attachment. Love the GGR channel guys, keep up the great work.
You mentioned to list other cable stations that are wall-mounted, and I just recently purchased the one from ER Kang. It’s very similar to the Titan except it does have dual guide rods at the back which I feel makes it run much smoother. They also include the Olympic weight sleeves, and I paid about 220 bucks on Amazon prime day. It also included the same handles as a titan with a straight push down bar, lay pull down bar, and triceps rope. There is also a foot plate that mounts to the front so you could sit down and do floor exercises and brace your feet up against it. I find it excellent for the money and the features. Have you ever tried this one?
Thanks for your comment. I just watched a review of these and ended up buying two ... there's an Amazon Prime deal for $180 each. When I got up this morning the plan was to buy one, but so many reviewers of these budget machines are saying get two, and at the price point why not. I like the foot pads on the ER Kang, the pulley trolley has rollers, and the dual slider rods.
@@snowball4416 I wonder if you got it from the same seller that I ordered mine from. So it's legit? I ended up cancelling my order because I asked them a question and they answered right away but sent a photo that was clearly not the advertised unit. I ended up buying a Bells of Steel unit with the weight stack, so instead of spending $180 like you did, it was $1,200. I agonized a lot but in the end decided that the benefits to me of getting a weight stack were worth the significantly extra money. That's cool you got the ER Kang one.
I actually think the slim rod option is better because you can always go thicker with a sleeve but you can't really go slimmer and in my case I built my home gym around the first set of dumbbells I got back in HS which uses the small hole plates. If it were a thick rod this wouldn't be an option for me.
I have had a Valor BD-62 (what Titan copied here) mounted on my basement wall since early 2019, does the job. It was $150 back then and they threw in a 2 handle to 1 bracket in their version. I still use it daily in addition to my Rep lat low row, for lighter arm movements.
I’ve had this machine for two years now and just love it! Since I’m intending to keep it indefinitely I recently added aluminum pulley wheels which give it a much smoother pull through.
Ive had this cable system for over 5 years and have had zero issues with it. I use it 4-6x a week. If you get this I suggest taking off all the pulleys and grease each bearing.
I have the Valor version that has been great for me for the past 3 years. I think the weight capacity is less but it has guide rods so it's pretty smooth. I never understood why more people didn't go this route. It's been one of the most useful budget pieces in my home gym to date.
Ive had mine for a couple of years, back when it was 125$. Other than not hagunv the bottom anchor point this version does, I love it. I have olympic plates for barbell, but also got a bunch of random standard plates so its great to have a set for each
I have 2 of these. Got them early 2021. Got them about 7 feet apart. I use it like a functional trainer/cable cross over. This absolutely fit that cable machine need at a fraction of the price. When I got mine I think they were a lot lower in the price too. I have a separate plate loaded lat pulldown low row from Titan as well.
@@sweaty_matt121 I think they are pretty smooth imo. Nothing that affects lifting. I once had a single point high low pulley machine that was absolutely horrible. This does the job. If you have a few extra get it with the weight stack. The plate loaded I have work just fine. Stack would just be more convenient.
I’ve had mine for a year and a half and love it. I want everything I have to be versatile. Like a barbell, plates, rack, and adjustable dumbbells. This can be used for so many movements so I could easily justify it. Not great for chest flys, but I love it for reverse flys. My home gym is in my basement with extremely low ceilings, but this is compact enough that it fits between the floor joists. I would highly recommended this piece of equipment.
@ yeah, the two pulley connections are too close together for chest Flys in my opinion. About three-quarter into the range of motion the cables just end up wrapping around your shoulders.
@@travistice9996 have you seen those improvised setups with a 2x4 strapped to the top and pulleys on each end? Might give you the right clearance for flies, for pretty cheap.
I had this and used it for a long time. It’s great and I loved it. For the price point it’s super hard to beat. That pop pin for moving the trolly up and down is the machines weakest point the threads stripped not long after buying it.
I have this in my gym. Been using it for a year and love it! Super easy to use and quickly adjustable. Like you mentioned I wish they had a removable lat pull down seat for it. That would make it complete and I think there would be a big market for it.
I’ve had my v3 of this over three years now. When I got it I paid under $150! Very good investment. I use my Olympic steel and bumper plates and don’t have any issues.
I bought this knowing full well it’s a budget purchase. I was still surprised at how low quality it was. The nylon pulleys don’t spin even after lubricating. The pulley carriage on the front grinds against the steel cap in the long cable, so much so that I’m sure it will eventually grind down to the pulley. I wish I had spent the extra for the BOS tower.
I’ve had mine for 4 years and love it. I would love some more options like you said if a lat seat was offered. I will def look into upgrading the pulleys, could be smoother.
I'd still go for BOS because that can double as a squat rack (yes the holes can hold jcups) they call it the 'Plate Loaded Cable Tower Squat Stand' $725 only real draw back I think it uses their weird 2.3" rack attachments so you're stuck in that ecosystem but at least you have options. Has a pull-up bar and many attachments. A FT with a bonus squat rack is a really nice feature.
@@jamesroalson5269 I think you're going to run into an issue with the PIN/hole size on the attachments as the T2 likely uses 1" holes and I think the holes on the cable system are smaller.
I have been using this (version 2) for the past couple years and love it. I did buy the BD-62 cable attachment clip from Valor for $3 which connects the cables together and instantly became the biggest upgrade to this cable machine. Highly recommend!
I bought the BD-62 secondhand and it didn't have the clip attachment. I used it for over a year without the clip. I finally ordered it and man was it a game changes. Makes the machine so much more versatile!
@@CamaronesFuegos I have really enjoyed it! I have it bolted into my concrete foundation and can load it up really heavy if need be. Not as smooth as a higher end version, but gets the job done at a very reasonable price!
@@sgread I actually reached out to their customer rep email and was able to get in touch with someone who was able to help me out. I don't think you can buy it directly off their site.
I also have one of these in my apartment gym. It’s freaking amazing IMHO. Completely transformed my at home workouts. All the drawbacks Coop states are accurate, but for me totally worth it.
Had mine for over 3 years now. Replaced all the pulleys with gym grade pulleys which added about 80 more dollars. Also snapped the cable with about 160 lbs on it and replaced with home depot cable.
A key for my use of this was the height options. The Titan lower height options work in my basement. Most brands only feature stuff too tall for the basement.
I have this in my killer garage gym mounted to my rack with custom mounts that I designed. It’s the absolute best accessory in my gym. Don’t buy the sleeves you don’t need them. I routinely stack Olympic weight on the standard sleeve and they don’t ever wobble. I paid less than 200$ and this equipment is something I use daily.
@@CamaronesFuegos Definitely, the bearings give it a smooth pull, I have been using mine for about a 1.5 years and I have no complaints. My big bro has the Titan and is also happy. I think they are both great, but the archon has a smoother pull.
Have this in my home gym and I love it. I would probably go with the Inspire Fitness one from Costco if we had more room. But it fits the space and budget.
I have the inspire rack, bought it when it was $795 (I think), and really like it but wish they had a cable machine like this. So 1or 2 like this will be coming soon
If you want to do chest flys on just one of these, attach both carabiners to a bar like the Steadfast multi attachment, use chains or long straps and connect your handles to them and you’ll be good to go.
Best piece in my gym next to rack and bar. DYI use a bench with roller to lock in your legs for lat pulls. I actually like the standard rod as it’s easier to pull weights off single handed.
I bought two of these as part of building out my home gym in 2020 specifically to do crossovers and unilateral cable work. I heartily agree with everything said here, especially the benefit of some silicone spray on the carriage pole
Got it, it's awesome 👌 buy yourself a 4 hole flat T plate at home depot on your clips to separate them and it works even better it separates the cable. Try it!!
This looks identical to the Mirafit wall mounted cable machine I bought recently. Mirafit are a UK company but I wouldn't be surprised if their machine is just a rebranded Titan. But I totally agree with your assessment, mine came with the olympic sleeve adapter, for a total price of £299 and I'm very happy with it for the price. It's not as smooth as a commercial machine in use, but it's a lot better than I expected and I've used some badly maintained cable machines in commercail gyms that were much worse than this. My only other gripe is that because the lower pulley on the upright juts out further than the upper pulley, if you're using it overhead you have to overcome the resistance of the ball on the pulley wheel to pull the cable down or pull the cable out a bit before down. If it's heavily loaded this can make it a bit awkward. I assume there's a good reason they've done it this way, but it's a bit annoying. Otherwise it's so much better than the cheap rack pulley attachement I've been using for the last 3 years. This is so much more versatile, and allows me to do much more accessory work with it quickly,
This is great for a beginner lifter or someone look to do high rep light weight cable stuff. I owned this for 2 years and anytime i went heavy at all, one of the plastic pulleys would break or the cheap plastic coated cable would get damaged. Its really not built with longevity in mind so i would definitely recommend getting a pulley system slightly higher quality for any serious lifters. I've swapped to just using a high strength DIY double pulley attached to my rack and its already wayyyyyy better.
Looks legit if you are on a budget and even tight on space, but something to be said to saving for that special piece you do want that isn't a huge compromise.
Thank goodness there's a short version. My basement only has 82" of height. Currently having issue looking for a power rack as many are 84" or 87". This will definitely be my next equipment purchase after the rack.
I own two of them, and I connected the top of the machines together with a 8 -foot long metal rail and 6-inch corner braces with each machine facing each other , instead of side by side, to make a cheap self-standing functional trainer.
My main gripe with the Titan unit is that the holes do not go higher on the front-upright. I personally own one from Valor Fitness and its better in my opinion. granted, you are spending a bit more, but I think its worth it for such a versatile tool in a home gym.
I have that short height version and love it. I wish i had discovered it prior to covid so i could have had a better home gym setup. You can't beat the functionality for the price. It can do 90% of what a real functional trainer can do, but at 1/3 to 1/4 the price. And with su h a small footprint, there is no reason why it shouldn't be added to someone's home gym. I bought a cheap suspension trainer (trx knock off) and use those for the handles in place of the stock ones.
I bought one a few months ago and I agree with all of your points. Great machine, could be better but for the price point, I'm very happy with it. I do like the idea of buying a second and pairing it with my original. Cost savings and increase in versatility make this a great idea. I will add the Olympic adaptive sleeve once they get back in stock.
I'm happy Titan sent this product is so GGR could do a commercial of approval. If you say things on Facebook and it's not approved by the certain UA-cam personalities than people will jump in with their attacks even when they don't even own the product. Some people have different budgets and I continue to relate that information but it doesn't matter because they want you to have a Maserati regardless of your zip code. I have one and it is attached to my inexpensive power rack. I wish you would have shown that as well but if you look on UA-cam you can see someone who has done it. This is a great product. It is very versatile and it's pretty much all you need unless you want to use the idea of getting two so you can have more options of exercises. Good job Coop. Now when I see this on Facebook I don't have to be afraid to make a positive comment or do I
The fact that it can take 1 inch plates is a huge positive. More people looking for a budget option will have 1 inch plates, props to them for recognising that. I wouldnt be spending $35 for the adapters either. You could just MacGyver some adapters with stuff laying around your home if it was that much of an issue.
Thank you for this video!! I wasn’t sure about going with a cheap option. After watch this I just ordered one on Amazon. Says 11gauge steel, has 2” adapters and has a two rounded pole slide for weight trolly. $179. Has two footplates and 18 height adjustments. Includes basic attachments. ER Kang brand or something similar to that. It actually seems a bit nicer than this one. Reviews seem pretty good for what it is. I’m currently using a Bowflex Extreme SE I got on marketplace for $100. I’m newer to all this and the bowflex has been great but the tension is different than free weights and I didn’t understand that early on. Seemed like a cheap all around option. Gonna try to get $200 on marketplace for it and consider it a straight up swap. we’ll see. If nothing else, I’ll poach the pulleys, leg extension and cables from it to make something there’s like a dozen pulleyes I could sell them for $10/each and more than break even lol
Personally I bought the valor fitness version. Basically same thing except the carriage system is round bars instead of square. Way smoother and they give you a piece to connect both pulleys together.
It looks like they did nail the sweet spot there with price v. functionality. I like that it's wall mounted and you don't have to bolt it to the ground as well.
Just got one for 30% off and the 2" adapters are included. If you want one this month is the time to buy. The percentage off fluctuates so time your buy.
Make your own Olympic to standard adapters using 1 1/2" x 3/4" plumbing parts (Reducer) and some white duct tape. It's easy. I just did it last night and it works great. Cheap too.
Have had 1 of these for a few years now and it has worked great!! Only issue I have is that after about the first year, the insulation on the main cable started coming off in several sections. Not a huge deal but just annoying having to replace it after such a short period.
I have the Valor version. So much functionality in a small footprint! And if you have some old 1" plates laying around, clean 'em up and you're good to go.
Coop! I bought this pulley system last year to rehab after shoulder surgery. It's been a game-changer. The 2:1 and 1:1 becomes intuitive when you own it and upgrading components over time is certainly on the table. I have noticed a big problem, however - it's the plastic guide on the stack - it simply comes off. This has resulted in scratches in the metal it travels along. I've contemplated using epoxy to keep it attached to the metal weight-shuttle, but am uncertain of the long-term consequences of doing so. Any helpful ideas you have (or can glean from Titan) would be very welcome. As to the 1" plate loading - it was a great way for me to start as I have Ironmaster DBs and was able to use the weights for this until I could add Olympics for it.
I love it have used for 3 years but wish the crossover was a little wider. Saw a diy on how to do it with the bells of steel version. You should do one with the titan
44mm waste pipe slipped over the weight horns then a squirt of expanding foam inside would be a god cheap olympic sleeve upgrade. the 44mm pipe would sit directly on the horns so no issues about it being not strong enough. the foam would just be to secure it not to add any support.
As for lat pulldowns, I have done them on my knees since reading the suggestion in one of the NROL books years ago. If you are lifting off the ground, you should be doing chin ups or pull ups instead anyway, IMO).
for the money and what it does, this is the best on the market. I have one that I purchased for 179 pre-covid. I'm kicking my-self I didnt buy the second one I want to make a functional trainer. I will change the pulleys at some point.
16:16 I have one of these and I’ll tell, coop is right for the price point it’s a good option. I upgraded the handles and now that coop mentioned the pulley’s I’m going to do those next. The only gripe that I have with this system is the plastic sleeve that keeps falling off when I adjust the height. Any DYI suggestions for this issue guys?
I have the same problem and I've never thought about fixing it, but now that you mention it you could probably super glue a small plastic dowel inside the holes on the side of the sleeve.
I've been using this for 2+ years, and it is great, but be careful with adding more than 200 pounds. The stopper plate for the sled on mine bent down, and I had to adapt it by using some wood to support it. Also, the handles pretty much immediately broke, and the one cable lost the nylon sheathe (it still works but it's far from smooth.
Your approval on multiple gym options has cost me money, but you don’t let me down. Thank you

Interesting, so you slide a band underneath the machine and loop it on each side of the pins? thats a cool idea.
@@DBMe23 Exactly! And so far as I can tell, the band isn’t getting worn out any faster than normal either.
Wish that was sold here. The double guide rod style looks way superior.
Hi bro I purchased the same from mirafit do you have any idea how much the cable machine can take?
I have a 2 of these in my shed!! I put one on each side of the door. It is the perfect substitute for a functional trainer! Great review!!
Just set up my ER Kang in my garage, got her for $180 on Amazon prime day, she’s a beauty, how has yours held up over time?
Same. I've had it for years, and it gets the job done.
The Valor original is now $392 on the Valor site.
@@Brockthedog315 WOW, more than double 4 years later...
Valor one is better I like the round bars for the carriage system over the square
I'm so glad you guys fixed the crackling audio. Coops soothing voice is back!
I have the Valor version that has been great for me for the past 3 years. I think the weight capacity is less but it has guide rods so it's pretty smooth. I never understood why more people didn't go this route. It's been one of the most useful budget pieces in my home gym to date.
This is probably the best addition that I have made to my home gym. I have been using it for over a year and it's solid af.
I have one and like it quite a bit. I feel like this review pretty much hits the nail on the head. Great video
Ive had mine for a couple of years, back when it was 125$. Other than not hagunv the bottom anchor point this version does, I love it. I have olympic plates for barbell, but also got a bunch of random standard plates so its great to have a set for each
I bought two during the pandemic when they were $179 and made a functional trainer like you suggested and it is absolutely amazing
Awesome! What spacing are you using between them?
@@u8nt4utube Around 64 inches apart. I had them at 113 like a true cable crossover but then I had to make room for another piece of equipment
How smooth are they
@@sweaty_matt121 I think they are pretty smooth imo. Nothing that affects lifting. I once had a single point high low pulley machine that was absolutely horrible. This does the job. If you have a few extra get it with the weight stack. The plate loaded I have work just fine. Stack would just be more convenient.
@@seanbaran5695 thank you but I already decided and ordered a different one. Have a good day!
No good for chest flys? Spacing?
@ yeah, the two pulley connections are too close together for chest Flys in my opinion. About three-quarter into the range of motion the cables just end up wrapping around your shoulders.
@@travistice9996 have you seen those improvised setups with a 2x4 strapped to the top and pulleys on each end? Might give you the right clearance for flies, for pretty cheap.
@ Yeah, I have. That’d be a good way around it. I haven’t gotten that far yet. I’ve just been doing single arm flyes
I had this and used it for a long time. It’s great and I loved it. For the price point it’s super hard to beat. That pop pin for moving the trolly up and down is the machines weakest point the threads stripped not long after buying it.
I purchased one after the video you did a month ago about building an entire home gym on Amazon. It does what I need it to do, so I am happy with it.
@@jordanbergman1387 that Bd-62 looks like good quality!
@@CamaronesFuegos I have really enjoyed it! I have it bolted into my concrete foundation and can load it up really heavy if need be. Not as smooth as a higher end version, but gets the job done at a very reasonable price!
Would you happen to have a link to where you purchased that cable attachment clip from?
@@sgread I actually reached out to their customer rep email and was able to get in touch with someone who was able to help me out. I don't think you can buy it directly off their site.
I have this machine. I just set my olympic plates on the 1”bar. Works no problem
Same
I also have one of these in my apartment gym.
Great review! I'd love to see a review of the bells of steel version!
Incoming! - Coop
@@GarageGymReviews oh perfect!
@Garage Gym Reviews cant wait! Thanks!
@@GarageGymReviews I just hope you get the squat rack combo. $725 for a rack and plate loaded FT with pull up is really compelling
@@GarageGymReviews please compare if the aluminum upgrade is worth it!
I brought a similar one from Archon Fitness last year. I like how the weight carriage uses bearings vs bushings. Great addition to my gym.
I saw from other comments the archon fitness. Looks really great. Do you think it's worth the extra 50 or so?
@@CamaronesFuegos Definitely, the bearings give it a smooth pull, I have been using mine for about a 1.5 years and I have no complaints. My big bro has the Titan and is also happy. I think they are both great, but the archon has a smoother pull.
@@CamaronesFuegos I think so, in addition to bearings, it comes with olympic plate adapters and the carriage holes are numbered.
I got a similar wall mount cable machine during the lockdown, absolutely love it. I set up my bench in front of it and do almost all of my rows on it.
You can bolt pulley across the room and put extra cable to second cable. Then you can do crossovers and flys
Have this in my home gym and I love it. I would probably go with the Inspire Fitness one from Costco if we had more room. But it fits the space and budget.
Everyone loves the inspire - seems like a great purchase. I got the bodycraft HFT used (which is quite similar) and it is great.
I have the FTX from Costco. It's terrific, and a helluva deal.
I just bought two of these as well… how far do you recommend I put them for crossovers?
@@ScottGarcia I just kind of eyeballed it but I went down and measured and the carriage posts are 52" apart
@@jrssae perfect, thank you!
I have the Archon wall mount cable set and its very similar. Love it
Got it, it's awesome 👌 buy yourself a 4 hole flat T plate at home depot on your clips to separate them and it works even better it separates the cable. Try it!!
Yup I did just that and bought the t bracket from Home Depot. I will add that I cut the bottom of the T to shorten the distance to the connection.
It works great
This looks identical to the Mirafit wall mounted cable machine I bought recently.
My wife got me one for my bday last week! Best bang for my buck addition to the garage gym!
I own two of them, and I connected the top of the machines together with a 8 -foot long metal rail and 6-inch corner braces with each machine facing each other , instead of side by side, to make a cheap self-standing functional trainer.
I’ve been debating on buying this for a while. After this video, I impulse bought it. Used your link!
My main gripe with the Titan unit is that the holes do not go higher on the front-upright. I personally own one from Valor Fitness and its better in my opinion. granted, you are spending a bit more, but I think its worth it for such a versatile tool in a home gym.
Thanks to you sir I got mine and it’s in my garage on the wall and I’m one happy customer.
Liking the video for the intro alone lol. Got me.
Been planning to DIY a pin-loaded cable system onto my Rogue R-3 rack, but man this would make my life easier and probably cost the same or less...
Now when I see this on Facebook I don't have to be afraid to make a positive comment or do I
Got the bells of steal twin set! Absolutely changes the whole “home gym” narrative !
literally put out a video right when im shopping for one!!!!
THANK YOU
The fact that it can take 1 inch plates is a huge positive.
Can you do a bells of steel review and comparison
Personally I bought the valor fitness version. Basically same thing except the carriage system is round bars instead of square. Way smoother and they give you a piece to connect both pulleys together.
It looks like they did nail the sweet spot there with price v. functionality. I like that it's wall mounted and you don't have to bolt it to the ground as well.
That to 2 to 1 and 1 to 1 ratio sold me. It's nice to be able to get longer movements and shorter heavier with so little of a change.
I just ordered this. Excited to get it in my home gym I’m building. But yes I hope or wish Titan came out with a lat pulldown seat for this.
Just got one for 30% off and the 2" adapters are included. If you want one this month is the time to buy. The percentage off fluctuates so time your buy.
I'm not a big fan of plate loaded machines but this looks nice. Really like your tip of combining two together
I just bought one of these. I'm so excited
This is the same as the valor fitness bd-62 and several other makers. I used one for two years with a half rack and it is great. Very versatile.
Been waiting on something like this, thanks!
How well does this work for seated rows or lat pulldowns?
Awesome product! I got this cable machine in my garage gym. Highly recommended!
Always enjoy and appreciate the content 👍
For similar price, you could buy the Valor Fitness BD-62 which is the exact same machine, except it has a guide rod and hence likely smoother
I have over 500lb in standard plates that barely gets any use, so it makes me happy when I see machines with options to load 1" plates lol.
Thanks sir, added to my wish-list! EDIT: Great idea on going with 2, crossover action is definitely standard for me.
Love the bracelet on that seamaster
Good to know this is out there.
I love it have used for 3 years but wish the crossover was a little wider. Saw a diy on how to do it with the bells of steel version. You should do one with the titan
When is the review on the Bells of Steel wall mounted cable pulley coming???
In the works! -Coop
I bought this unit for $75 on Offerup from a guy that his mother in law was pressuring him to clear the garage. Sweet Sweet Deal!!
44mm waste pipe slipped over the weight horns then a squirt of expanding foam inside would be a god cheap olympic sleeve upgrade. the 44mm pipe would sit directly on the horns so no issues about it being not strong enough. the foam would just be to secure it not to add any support.
I have this on backorder. Might ship end of month January 2024. I do have standard cast iron plates.
As for lat pulldowns, I have done them on my knees since reading the suggestion in one of the NROL books years ago. If you are lifting off the ground, you should be doing chin ups or pull ups instead anyway, IMO).
Mirafit has one like this if you're uk. It's £299, and I think £4.95 for shipping
Edit: This also comes with adapter sleeves.
for the money and what it does, this is the best on the market.
@@Jdipper Thanks brother I’m going to try that suggestion. 👍
If there are problems with this, then why didn't you use a diy pulley?
1.Power rack
2.Hack squat
3.Cable pulley
Now you completely have a complete gym, of course a barbell, dumbbells and plates are in the list.
