Honestly. This guy's designs are amazing. He is really a great developer. This is the second house tour of a house developed by him and even looking at it makes me smile. Makes me feel great. Imagine living in them. Everything perfectly placed, nothing exaggerated. I loved the new open bathroom style. And really great to learn one or two things from people like him. Thanks for the tour!

That enormous living wall is one of the most stunning features of any home I have ever seen. I didn't even know they could be scaled to that size. Really stellar work on the design and installation of that masterpiece.

There is real creativity and thought in every single detail. This is an extraordinary designer/builder.
I thought the same - if that's not considered an award-winning living wall installation, I can't imagine what would be called that.
It is absolutely stunning, but I would very much like to know what is under the moss layer. If it is not adequately insulated, the house will rot regardless of what the material is. And for people with lung issues, such as asthma, they cannot live in a house with living moss.
I like the cinema in this mansion, it feels like a real cinema, very professional!
I also like its backyard, where you can enjoy the view and relax!
I also love the roof, being able to play golf every day is something I've never experienced before!
I dream of meeting Ray, working for him, broadening my horizons, and expanding my network!

My personal opinion is that Mr. Nosrati's developments are the absolute best you showcase in the Los Angeles area. The houses might be large but the finishes and amenities make it a home. That living wall is insanely gorgeous and so is the marble in the primary bedroom bathroom. I started watching your videos to see the finishes in the kitchens and outdoor pool areas but now I am hooked on the home theatres. Love all the different ways developers, architects or in some cases the home owners make them unique and this one has a zen quality with that starlight ceiling and I always love how the acoustics change as you walk into them. I vote yes for more tours of Ray's developments. Thank you for another fab video. I know You Tube does the plaques for the amount of subscribers but if they do awards for the video quality and presentation you, Mikey & the entire team deserve to win. 🏆

One of the best value for money homes I’ve ever seen, the walk in shower is amazing. It really shows the great houses in L.A and personally, I think that this house is way better than a penthouse in New York that is 100 million more with no backyard.

I so agree. I will never be able to afford any of these homes, but I love seeing them and getting ideas from them for my modest home too. Enes and Mikey and the crew are the best, and some of the nicest and most down to earth people doing these home tours.

All things are possible to those who believe. You can achieve anything you put your mind too. I have never been envious of the rich. I actually love being around them. Success is mental! If you want it and are willing to do the work you can have it. Don't limit yourself ever!
Enes, never thought I would say that a house this big looks 'warm and cozy'...but it does!...definitely not a museum. The developer did an amazing job. One of the best houses you've toured! Kudos to your video team work as well. You've all improved so much that I now feel this is the standard other youtubers have to aim at!

This home is extremely impressive! Lots of very unique art pieces too - they add character. The walk in wardrobe in the primary bedroom of this home is probably my favourite thus far.

It's amazing how green California becomes when it gets rain. That solid month of rain they had during that "atmospheric river" or whatever they were calling it has made it look like a completely different place. Too bad it doesn't rain like that more often. Cali is pretty, but most of the time she is a thirsty, thirsty state.

This house is simply perfect. It's not overly enormous, perfectly well proportioned, and adorned with exquisite design details (the turquoise shower in the master bedroom!!!). It exudes warmth and is highly livable. Moreover, the price appears quite reasonable when compared to numerous other mansions in the vicinity. I adore it. The living wall was a super big WOW factor. Also that crazy huge walk in closet was insane. Love the video. I seems like it could be a 40 or 50 million dollar estate. I feel it is well priced.

I was just on your channel two days ago wondering why there is no new content yet, and my o my it was worth the wait. that Moss wall is amazing, beautiful home. Homes like this makes you appreciate the creativity of the human mind and hands. Little confession, your tour videos, is the reson why all the kitchen appliances in my home is Miele.

For me, the perfect view is getting to see the endless ocean on one side of the property and mountains/greenery on the other. Plenty of that in Hawaii. Hope you tour more homes in Hawaii by the cliffside with a private residential beach at the bottom of the cliff

Okay, I love this house! The design and the view is stunning...
This is the best living art wall I’ve seen very neat and colors were complimentary. The walk-in closet was stunning and the outside greenery and entertaining space was plentiful. The art in the house was perfect, black art and would compliment other art pieces that I am fond of like Basquiat, etc. And I couldn’t quite see but it seems like a neighborly/residential street and it offers a view but doesn’t necessarily look like its hanging off a cliff. The roof top was great as well. The space was very maximized. Love It!

I saw this house on one of your "competitor's channel", and this tour was 1000% more detailed. Honestly, this video should've been on the main channel. This was a GREAT tour. Also, what about doing a video interviewing someone on what it takes to become a developer? What all is involved? I would love to hear to from some of the people that designed houses you've toured.
For some reason, everytime I see a property from Bel Air, I immediately know that I'm gonna like what I'll be watching.
I'm currently in New York where I have seen lavish apartments for sure and in many other places but Bel Air, although I haven't been there, looks so fascinating.

I really really really like this home. Great use of the land, elevation and flow.
The Enes channels have always been defined by elegant modern simplicity. This one verges on over-the-top gaudiness.
It feels like a home, lots of space but not ridiculously so, I love the warm minimalism and the stacked pavilion style of architecture. Lots of glass in the main kitchen - it's beautiful. I would struggle with the fingerprints and grease on those lovely shiny marble and glass surfaces, which means forever cleaning - unless there's a secret I don't know about.

the master bathroom with sliding glass is something I haven't seen in these modern homes before, very nice. the home overall is a big WOW factor and as usual, the channel content is good for viewing and researching.

One question for you Enes, why aren’t developers incorporating solar and battery storage solutions into these energy hungry homes? These are the most state of the art homes out there.
It seems like delivering the homes with that feature would be most beneficial.
That is one of the first details I'm always on the lookout for.

The theater at this mansion is nice; it has a genuine movie theater feel to it and is really well-run.
Its backyard, where you may unwind and take in the view, is quite nice.
