Location will also affect the price. Speaking for me, most of the location where these homes are build would never interest me at all. But I do understand why these location would appeal to so many
The decoration and furniture of this modern mansion are really tasteful. The warm colors and bright natural light make people feel very comfortable! The plants in every corner make people feel as if they are in nature. The floor and some walls are made of wood to connect the whole mansion with the organic environment! I love the view from their outdoor TV room, it feels luxurious and relaxing! Of course, I have to mention its location. It is really great to have the opportunity to meet Hollywood superstars every day! Thanks a lot for sharing, super great job! 👍🥰👏
This is easily one of the most captivating homes I've ever explored on this channel! The architectural brilliance of this residence is simply unparalleled. As an architect, seeing this level of creativity and precision truly brightens my day. There's hardly anything I would consider altering in this impeccable design (virtually flawless!). Kudos to Enes for the outstanding tour!
This is one of my favorite homes you have ever toured on this channel! The architecture of this home is just 'perfect.' Being an architect myself, seeing this unit just makes my day! There are VERY few things I would change in this design(almost nothing!). Thanks for the amazing shoot Enes plus!
You're an architect and you like this ugly shack? Enes has to say nice things, you've got no excuse. This is such a waste of a beautiful site. It's just another ugly box to throw gadgets into, and they don't even do that well. The space eating "atrium" looks more like a terrarium and means that all the actual living spaces are made smaller. The sitting room, with the ugly black fireplace and walls covered in cheap Ikea laminate flooring, looks more like a little sauna. That big ugly staircase that ruins the view into your pet turtle tank, could have been a space saving spiral staircase. They could have made a feature out of it, unlike the limestone "feature" in the next room, which has to be accompanied with an explanation, because it looks like everything else in the room. It took sixteen men to make a wall this bland? I think a good friend of the architect had a big slab of limestone he needed to get rid of, along with a lorry load of rust stained marble. And what's with all the fireplaces? This isn't Victorian London. Even the so called modern ones look like a naff leftover from the Seventies and should be consigned to the rubbish skip of history alongside shagpile carpeted conversation pits and prawn cocktails. The two worst offences occur outside of this ugly box, obviously, because the architect can't think outside of one. The overfilled finity pool would fit in just fine in any American suburban backyard, but not here. The view from the rear of the house is of an actual wall of natural stone. They should have built an organic shaped bespoke pool, painted it to match the striations and colour variations of the hillside stone and put those sixteen blokes to good use collecting local boulders and slabs. You would then have the illusion of a naturally occurring spring fed hillside pool. My second exterior problem is the lack of a roof which is caused by those ugly wooden box balconies that also eat into the bedroom space. They could have had a full roof terrace or garden and much more enclosed space on the floor below (And still kept to the height limits). So if you are an architect, please get out more, read more, watch more. You are in one of the most important professions on the planet and have been given the chance to create beauty for a living.
@crankfwd8209 My job is very important in that aspect. This home definitely wasn't designed by me, and it definitely wasn't my exact architectural style. But you need to understand the concept of contemporary architecture. The interior finishes weren't perfect, but the architecture was designed to be art. That's what matters. The floorplan needs to make sense, and the home needs to be 'art.' Not to be mean, but don't waste time by writing 35 paragraphs of complaints(get a life and be productive pal).
@@levibatesYou were a lot kinder in your response than I would have been. Some people lose sight of the fact that different people have different tastes, and variety really is the spice of life. This isn't my ideal home, but I can understand why it might be for others. I appreciate many features, especially the nature atrium in the middle and lots of marble and light-colored wood throughout.
What's not to love about this home? Many of the homes I see on this channel have loads of "wow" factor and are beautiful but I can't see myself living in them. I fear I would make them untidy and spoil them. This home looks livable. I could really see myself cooking in the kitchen and the family eating at the table. The developers have been very clever with the limited yard space, by including the atrium, and having the upper terrace which increases the back yard space by about 30%. The pot plantings and the atrium plantings really take it to the next level. Fabulous.
First of all, Happy Birthday Mikey! This house is very tastefully done. It’s rustic with modern elements, with a touch of elegance and takes you back to a time when everything needed a tv every 10 feet. What I find interesting is almost every space has a cozy feel to it, not too small but the right amount of maximizing small areas. The master is a small work of art. I guess this would be considered a modern love nest?!
One of my favorite things to do on a Sunday morning is sip a cup of coffee and catch up on your channel. Before I decided to become a personal trainer I was going to school for interior design. One of the things I’ve always wished for was for all these gorgeous homes to have a day they all opened their doors for people to be able to take a tour. Your channel is a dream come true!! Keep up the beautiful work! 🤍🙏🏽
Happy Birthday Mikey! Sometimes we forget how difficult and how much attention to detail it takes to capture homes in such depth. Props to Mikey for not being the one in front of the camera but always making his magic work.
My favorite LA area house you have ever toured. It has clean modern lines, and still feels warm and cozy. Great use of marble because it doesn’t feel showy.
I love how the cameraman is adding to the conversation! A lot of agents have a salesman undertone. This video I feel like I’m learning and connecting over a piece of art ! ❤🎉
We love you Ene's. Truely the best house tourist in the world for me. This house just made me realise what true love for a home is. Truely breath taking. I'm planning to come LA next year i would be happy to even see them from the outside let alone inside 😊
I'm obsessed with this house!! It's my favorite one so far and truly one of a kind and unique. I felt relaxed and at peace just watching the tour with its tie-in to nature.
*This by far and away is one of the most stunning homes you've toured. I have never seen such an expansive pass through in a kitchen as this home. The marble throughout is exquisite. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing.*
They always delivered the best and most unique homes in Hollywood Hills. I think that this is they biggest one yet and the first one they build from scratch. I've been followed them for a long time on IG....
The house is so simple, so solid, so conservative, at first it seems like, "Where's the house? It is so subtle you can hardly see it." My favorite rooms were where the material makes a powerful impression that you are in the presence of a space that will be consequential for centuries. The fireplace, the marble shower, the kitchen island, they are just like BOOM "we are here to stay." The scale of the stone and marble harkens to classical architecture on the scale of thousands of years. While this house speaks in the material of the ancient, the monumental, like the Parthenon or the Pyramids, it is modern, like the work with apertures and edges by the artist James Turrell. Living in that disjuncture of flatness and depth must be exhilaratingly surprising all the time. Brutal simplicity translates over time into a rich, dependable, secure timelessness. This is a stunning work of video, Enes. Worth many re-watches. I had the same experience with a house you did in the south of France that was a lot of glass and open space and at first I was like, where was the house? I feel like I missed it. Then I watched it over and over and it became my favorite house... until this one.
The interaction of this modern and simple architecture with the interior and exterior wooden elements and the atrium is magnificent. The composition of these elements gives the building a very nice atmosphere
As much as I adore your tours of the bigger mansions this place is immaculate, elegant and oh so very homely. I could really imagine living there and feeling so much at ease in the tranquil environment. Its near perfect and the outdoor bath is stunning.
Actually it's one of my favorite home you show. It's homely and you could feel at home. It's not over the top nor to showy. It's make for people enjoy living there. It's very special. And love the inclusion of nature .
Central open courtyard is traditional element in South Indian architecture especially in Kerala. it’s nice seeing such a traditional architectural concept implemented in a modern contemporary home on the opposite side of the globe.
Loved it. My favourite is the kitchen with the wide window that open up to an outdoor seating area. The night shot from the side of the house that walks up to that seating area was the shot. Thats where i'd spend a lot of time
You nailed it Enes! The design and layout of this home is truly one of the best I've seen on your channel. All the light tones and wood finishes give it a cozy home feeling. Love the atrium and how it funnels air throughout. And that upper level wrap around balcony is incredible. Just a total package
My favourite home you've toured so far. It has serious home vibes. My only con is the exterior bathtub in the primary bedroom. I would most probably put outdoor blinds to cover up the space when I am bathing. I also would change the garden in the centre to a flat grass garden space for parties & a play area for kids 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I am in love with the kitchen window omg! I would legit live in this house
Firstly, Happy Birthday Mikey - hope you had a great day and the year ahead is full of adventure, fun times, and good health. Thank you #MasterWorks for sponsoring this tour. I agree with Enes about this being one of the smartest values on the market. Unlike so many of the 21st C boxes built in the last decade, has been toned down with wood, open spaces, and greenery. The room sizes are smartly designed to accommodate typical families (i.e. lots of people in the kitchen and one or two in the bedroom) The windows provide natural artwork that will change year-to-year. First off, Happy Birthday Mikey! Many more to come! As for my favorite room, it has to be the indoor garden area with all the glass windows/doors. I love seeing all that beautiful greenery and having a super private, tranquil garden in the center of home is so calming.
The house I grew up in had a central atrium that brought in a lot of light. I dislike hallways, so opening them up like this is wonderful. Nice home. Happy belated birthday, Mikey!
I really liked the atrium, you can just sit there with a cup off coffee in your garden in your house so peacefull, very tasty home and also i liked that hill in the backround very much makes you feel a little allivated i think very beautifull

@EnesPlus of course! My partner and I dream to have homes like these, so upon finding you, I love the way you just GUSH over the details sometimes! You're so enthusiastic, and it's intoxicating. I hope for more vids as time goes on
Oh i have a new favorite! It's got everything i would need if i was staying in California; location, cool neighborhood, pool, views, zen garden courtyard, beautiful architecture, and interior designe and decorating!🤌✌️
The Master bedroom is fantastic. The design is well put together especially the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Together with balcony is the cherry on top. More value without the grand size you usually film. I love these outdoor bathrooms since you feature it in that Mexican villa.

@EnesPlus of course! My partner and I dream to have homes like these, so upon finding you, I love the way you just GUSH over the details sometimes! You're so enthusiastic, and it's intoxicating. I hope for more vids as time goes on
Hey Enes i just want to say i love your videos they are so well made and i just wanted to say great video much support from Hungary ❤🇭🇺
Beautiful dream house ..perfect combination of open house with greenary and privacy
It's a good one!
Oh i have a new favorite! It's got everything i would need if i was staying in California; location, cool neighborhood, pool, views, zen garden courtyard, beautiful architecture, and interior designe and decorating!🤌✌️
Good choice!
The Master bedroom is fantastic. The design is well put together especially the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Together with balcony is the cherry on top. More value without the grand size you usually film. I love these outdoor bathrooms since you feature it in that Mexican villa.
The Master bedroom is way too small.
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 minimalist design is a new thing. And everyone is entitled to their choice.
Stunning home! The main bedroom was my favorite. It seems so peaceful.
Too small though. Smaller than a hotel room for $300. 😂 But with a huge walk-in closet.
Beautiful house and send very quiet and private. Couldn't be any better.
Great fan of ur content since many years
Enes is the king of house tours! great job man, and great editing.
