@@jonjonn18i agree, the velocicoaster wasn’t that bad compared to other intense rollar coasters, the only good part to me was the second launch but that’s it, in terms I probably would say even the smiler is more intense despite it not being as fast
Born and raised in Florida and remembered when they premiered this ride back in high school! The best summers and skipped school days ever 😂 when tickets were like $65
Still a great ride but I do miss the original audio for the launch: "I think this time it's...going to work." WARNING! WARNING! "No! NO! NOOOOOOOOOO!..." RRROOOAAARRR!
all you need to do is keep your head back, and do not move it. also when it comes to that hugeeee break, try to keep your head back but also let it move a little.
I did this like 5 times it’s so fun it kinda gave me a headache and it’s nothing conpares to the velocicoaster that’s the best roller coaster to ever exist literally it’s amazing

Don’t get me wrong it’s one of my favorite rides at universal, but I went on it with two (male) friends recently and even though I was the one with the worst pre-ride jitters (I always am, literally every time), I was totally fine on the ride while one of them grayed out and the other full-on blacked out for a few seconds😂
@@1st_PresidentNah I don’t agree. As a matter of fact, I find this one more intense since Velocicoaster just winds through the first half. They’re both extremely intense though. It’s really close like Hulk is 9 and Velocicoaster is 8.5
I think the restraints are part of why velocicoaster feels more intense. Hulk has over the shoulder restraints so you never feel like you’re in danger of falling out. Velocicoaster just restrains you at the waist to make it feel like you could fall out and it dangles you upside down more, so in my mind, hulk is less intense than velocicoaster
Hate this ride. Velocicoaster all the way. Hulk bangs my ears against the restraint and makes me feel a bit dizzy. Couldn't wait till it was over. Velocicoaster on the other hand I can ride all day long. Absolutely love it

I personally only found the first part of the ride to be the scariest that little dip after the inversion after you launch is pretty much the only thing you feel because after that it’s going too fast for you to get that stomach feeling. I’d suggest letting yourself scream as it takes away that feeling and makes the ride more enjoyable for you.
I recommend you guys that don't take the normal line because it takes you more time to get in the ride, is mostly good to take the single line that doesn’t take too much time mostly.

The start is so intense but an amazing experience that I'll never forget.
I love the tunnel up rather than the slow ascend above seeing the height & raising the anxiety! Lol Love how you just get there and dive into it!! ❤

I’ve been on so many rides and especially this one. I didn’t get any headaches from it. It rlly just depends if you’re able to hold the pressure.
I have ridden the hulk multiple times yet I never gotten headaches
