Yes, indeed, that does not even look like close to 50,000 troops, and even if it's real, the map is too tiny to fit them in. Well, Warno is just a typical sandbox commercial game, not a simulator for real battles, so don't expect some'realistic' thing to happen.

@@KirbSideGaming No it is not open world. You have campaignes, skirmish modes, scenarios and multiplayer. This game is mostly based on MP gameplay with up to 10 vs 10 players. In campaigns you have astrategic map with division or batalion sized units tthat you move around the map in turns. The battles then are in real time. All other mods are only real time play.
If it's not in the base game, then it's probably a mod. Also the hypothetical that since North Korea uses so much of the same technology as the Soviets, they're simply using Soviet technology that matches the North Korean capabilities.
