Here’s the conversion of the numbers:
    Power before = 177hp, Power after = 232hp (+31%)
    Torque before = 299 lb-ft, Torque after = 402 lb-ft (+35%)
And around a 15% reduction in fuel consumption, which is pretty insane!

Hi Matt! Love your vids and been following for a while. Small correction. One comment regarding the relationship between RPM and speed (kph). The engine is connected to the wheels by a few cogs (crank, flywheel, clutch, gearbox, drive shaft, differential, drive axels). What I mean is that this drive train is made by solid metal parts that don’t change when the motor power changes. One turn of the crank inside the engine will always translate into “x” turns of the wheel (“x” is lower than 1). It can (loosely) be called the gear ratio and as long as you don’t change it, it’s irrelevant if the engine is outputting 50bhp or 5000 bhp. The power influences the time it takes for the gear to be “exhausted”.
The only way for you to increase speed whilst maintaining rotation (or decrease rotation whilst maintaining speed) is to add another gear to the gearbox.
Not criticizing the product, it probably is a very good one, and don’t take this as any type of attack or anything. Just pointing out the incorrect ion.
    Keep putting out awesome content!

Honestly these trucks are good to go out of the box so to speak. This really didn’t need done but it’s still very cool what you have done with your engines programming. I wish I could get this model here in the states. Sadly diesel isn’t big here in mid size trucks. Lower RPMs =‘s longer life than higher RPM gasoline engines. Torque is much much higher with diesel than gasoline also. 25-1 compression v/s 9-1 compression for gasoline engines makes a big difference in torque my friend. You have a very nice setup Matt. I am a little jealous honestly. Good job. Roughly 25 MPG in your truck v/s my GMC Sierra and it gets 10-11.5 MPG at best with a 5.3 ltr 325 HP gasoline engine with a 6 speed automatic 🤷‍♂️. Wish we had more diesel options over here.I spend 90$ usd every 4 days just to get a paycheck! I want a diesel brother. Stay blessed. Take care.

Hey Heath! Yes we are very lucky here. I have a feeling that with the oil price rocketing again that fuel economy is about to become even more important😅

I think as long as you don't horse it around too much, these kinds of things are a good deal. As long as each individual does their own research on it and knows what to expect and how to handle the vehicle after the installation, you can actually be doing your car a favor! Of course, in your case, it doesn't hurt that it's a Toyota! Lol

Would be nice to see the specific fuel consumption curve included in the power and torque graphs. And then compare the original fuel consumption with the chipped one at the same power or torque, that would tell the real story.

Hello matt i know you are very busy but would you mind giving me some suggestions. I have a toyota Corolla altis 1.6 manual 2011 model which is driven 215k kilometres. I want to make it faster. What mods can be done to it? Please tell both hardware upgrades possible like front pipe down pipe racing air filter and software upgrades like a custom tune or unichip. Btw i am from Pakistan lahore. Thanks. Will be waiting
