Love this book! It’s all small stuff 😊 We tend to catastrophize even the silliest of things. I’ve read this book 3 times at least and it is totally paradigm shifting. Great job with the summary! Love all your doing with this channel! 😊✨✨
I'm glad you like the book. I know I noticed a big difference in myself after I read it. Now, it is just a matter of sticking to those ideas, and keeping in mind that it really is all small stuff that shouldn't be stressed over.
Looking forward to catching up on your videos. Thank you for this great 👍 review. Love the response by Dr. Wayne Dyer. This would be a great book to give out as a gift for the holidays.
It is such a game changer of a book. We have all heard the message before, and we all know we shouldn't let things worry us as much as they do. However, just sitting down and reading about it really does make a difference and can make an impact.
Something little that I have been stressing over is 1st grade homework. My 1st grader is really smart, but is generally burned out at the end of the day, and therefore homework is a struggle and can be stressful. So my goal is to chill out and not worry about. How about you?

"don't sweat the small stuff"" "life isn't an emergency" Taking enough time to sleep and relax is really helpful for me nowadays when my full time is job is so busy. Need to fly to Japan this weekend.
@@TheStrategicKeys I read the book when it was first published it during my self help phase. The one thing that still is with me I believe is to live in the present moment. Also having compassion for others, because everyone you meet is fighting a difficult battle. Tha last one is harder than it seems when you a competitive person. Learning to overcome that was difficult but you realize that you don't have to competet with them only compete with you yourself !!
Yes, living in the present moment was such an important message from the book. We all spend too much time time planning for the future or dreaming of the future, and we miss out on our life as it passes us by.
@@fabourique It's a pretty quick and easy read. Like I said there are so many short lessons, you could either sit down and knock it out in a few days, or you could make it apart of your morning or evening routine, and just read two or three pages each day. Either way, you can't go wrong! 👊
If you get worked up over all the small things you will never get anywhere! I think you should choose your battles as far as what to get worked up about
You are on it with your thoughts. I went back to check, and there isn't a specific chapter that says "pick your battles," but there are about 5-10 that have that same concept behind them. And we absolutely need to do this. It's advice I try to follow every day with a six and four year old.
Nice sharing big likes and thumbs up
Thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! 🤘🏼
Have you read the book before?
