    Short, sweet, & effective. Doing the upper and lower body really gets up your heart rate. Please do more of these. Also, I would love to see you do a 30 min strength and stretch type workout incorporating some yoga moves. I’m dealing with really bad fall allergies, too….the worst I’ve ever had it in years! Thanks for all you do! You are my favorite Pilates instructor, I’m leanrning so many new moves & techniques from you, to add to my repertoire. So glad I figured out how to join your membership, you have to go to UA-cam on a PC to see the subscribe button. I think it’s a bug with UA-cam. Anyway, have a great weekend. ❤😊

    oooh ow... moving ad/ab ductors twisting toe touch... my left side does NOT like that, which means it needs to do it more... Left side is the dicky side.
