I made them today! Great flavor, but didn’t set up. I used 1 cup of Maseca tamale flour, but maybe you meant Corn Flour. I think there is a difference? Or maybe I didn’t use enough? Google says they are not interchangeable. I’ll try again. Thank you for the recipes!
It's interesting how a lot of folks that I've seen eat corn tamales don't use crema on it!! I can't eat my corn tamales (Tamales loco) without it 😅😊 it helps distinguish the sweetness of the corn with the semi-sweet l, but saltier creme flavor!! That's just me tho.
Every time I tried to make tamales with sweet corn, they come out really bitter, does anyone know why? Even when the masa harina is fresh and just from the store.

You can also use frozen corn, its fresh off cob then frozen. Better than canned, if you can't find fresh corn on cob..
