A GREAT series. Excellent performances. My favorite is Steven MacIntosh's. He's humility, sincerity, sensitivity, kindness, and loving patience all rolled into one. Exquisite!
This was really good, somehow more mature I feel than Dicken's earlier works, the characters tend to be a bit more subdued and less like comic exaggerations. I don’t think the whole secret identity mission thing was as interesting though as the love triangle with Lizzie Hexam. The story is bleak, literally starts at night with a body being pulled from the river but it ends so well. Dickens was a genius.
There was a documentary on the DVD release called Dickens: The Final Chapter which gave some behind the scenes and also explored the themes and world of the novel, but I don't thnk there were any cast interviews, so I'm not sure if there's any more cast interview material beyond what's in this promo.

My favorite book, my favorite story, my favorite movie of all time❤
I have read it many times. One of my favs. Other novels by Dickens are pretty good too.
The BBC have lost the plot recently but their older adaptations used to be so good.
I only watch the older versions now ... again and again and again 😊

One of the best!
In 1986 I watched other adaptation of Our Mutual Friend with other actors. It was very impressive and better than this one seems to be.
Quá tuyệt vời, quá tuyệt vời cô ơiiiiii, điều em chờ cũng có rồi 😁 Em cảm ơn cô nhìu ạaaaaaa 😍
I love the book. Was this a good adaptation? The older one was brilliant.
I saw this and it was brilliant. :-) Where are the full cast interviews? Are there more? I would love to see more behind the scenes of this film.

How can we watch the entire movie?
The DVD set is still readily available
