Texas speed has some good stuff. I had their full exhaust on my 2014 1500 silverado and it sounded so good. I am considering getting longs tubes for my 2018 2SS

@@Stan1le ah it sounded cammed but mf was SCREAMING boy so was hard to tell for sure. I’ve been lookin at the TSP 6th Gen cam kit but just haven’t pulled the trigger yet
@@Bigburb1345 we are still working on the tune so the idle still hides the cam lope. But you can’t got wrong with TSP. They have always done well for me!

Why do you have to use high flow cats? And do texas speed make 2inch headers? Gains seem to be greater with 2inch over a 1 7/8th with a blower combination unless there's a fitment issue
Because I have to get emissions tested every year, so I have to have some sort of cats in place. And 2” headers don’t offer that much gain unless you are dealing with a true MAX effort setup. They also have fitment issues so in my eyes they are not worth fooling with at all.
@@Stan1le so when the time comes and you have the funds will you or do you plan on upgrading your tune in the near future and if so who would you go with? Prey Performance seems to be pretty legit I myself have a 2016 1SS and wanted to do a similar build except using the lt blower going pro charged.
@@christopherpickens1478 I am going back to my shop Attitude Street Cars. The tuner is just on vacation so I am just waiting for him to come back. Otherwise I would just use Vengeance racing. Pray is a good shop but I would recommend GPI if I was going to get it remotely tuned. Your setup will be pretty straight forward, the LT4 swap is sort of particular when it comes to tuning.
I can tell you two things that I learned. One, my zl1 has a Maggie 2650, cam, f.b.o, e85, etc and I went from 1 7/8 to 2" and the gain in power was not much but lost torque. Two, I had a standard roto fab on my car and did a back to back swap and tune and gained almost zero power at all. What we did learn is that the 2" header doesn't make much of a gain till your around that 1,000hp mark and the rotofab to big gulp was worth-less for the money and 2hp gained on a car that makes 843hp to the tire on pump gad and low boost. I have seen a video of a roto to big gulp where they gained, 19hp. Just wish I did. And, I would love to see another back to back header test to confirm what I seen.
