Man, i really love any enjoy those videos. Even if you cook the same menu. This is serious work and i love them! Please keep them going. I also think this is the best way to show people how hard your job is to appreciate the work you do. Which in my opinion is an insane amount of work and i cant appreciate that enough!
Do not ever feel like repetitive content is boring. People literally watch twitch streamers play the same game over and over again for years. If people are interested in your content, they will watch it! cheers
Video quality is top in this one and even the camera angles are very good and smooth. Keep up the great work! Even if the menus might be always the same it is very satisfiying to watch you while working.
Also, there's no way they pay you enough. You do the work of 3 cooks. If they don't pay you at least $50/hr, you need to have a serious talk with management.
$50? God. That might be fair but it's far from reality. The restaurant industry is terrible. They don't pay people nearly enough because there's always another young person willing to slave away. $18/hr was standard for a line cook at the corporate brewery/restaurant at worked at a couple years ago. That place made a ton of money. The waitresses and bartenders were making much more than the kitchen and in half the time.
SO glad you're back to filming this way, whew lol! Couldn't care less the menu it's the routine of cleanliness, efficiency, and consciousness of the quality of your cooking that makes watching so satisfying 👍
My guy- I just got home from my line and we got absolutely destroyed for lunch and I see you uploaded and it was an insta-click. It's soo calming watch you hold down your kitchen and see how efficent and clean you work. As long as you upload I will watch!!! I've been seeing your vids get posted onto Facebook reels. So like- millions of people have watched your vids now. Keep it up, bro!
I love that you are able to eat the eggs with broken yokes (and hopefully the french toast). I hate it when I see a small mistake go right into the trash.
New subscriber here, so glad I found your channel. It’s so refreshing to see someone cooking for the public that actually cares about the food they are serving, great work!!!
I was a line cook for around 12 years at a Bakers Square in San Leandro, CA a long time ago...this brings back memories. Mothers Day was always a blast...
i live for these videos!! i truly love them and could watch them forever! but if u ever wanna take a break from them, that is totally fine :) take care
I’m not even a cook (equipment operator by trade) but watching you was really something else. It was the little things that got my attention, like pre-oiling the skillet right after you used it so it’s immediately ready for use the next time you need it. I struggle just trying to cook breakfast for me and my wife when there’s multiple things on the oven, you made multiple orders at once look too easy 😂
Wow this is the bomb.I have done some restaurant cooking in my past but this gentleman goes over and beyond. The attention to detail, organization, professionalism, cleanliness and just straight up pride in his work.I would be proud to eat we're he was cooking.A good line cook is so much more then high dollar place, especially all of this on his own and no prep person. The best.R.D.W.! !!
Talk about being on point, on fire, in the zone, don’t talk to me kinda top notch flow going on. It’s guys like this who are a huge part of the spirit of americana.
Excellent videos.. thx for not editing out mistakes. Reminds us all we all make mistake at work. Keep yer videos coming love your work ethic and thanks for telling what you are making. What’s being squeezed out of tube in first min of this video? Thx!!
I used to be a line cook. I'd like to get back into the kitchen. Anyways, it may sound strange but the sound of the hood, and the flat top is so soothing 😂
This is my new guilty pleasure watching your amazing videos after working the nightly 3rd shift. Never stop doing these. Keep up with great content. You definitely have the a new fan here! god bless
Very good content man... I love the way you hustle to those multiple orders. Didn't see the last clip coming when they made you do that order again lol.
I'd be one of those people who's cooking at home, cracking some eggs into a skillet and whip the empty egg shell across the room, then have to explain to the rest of the family giving me odd looks that my trashcan is always behind me to the right at work.... lmao....
As a line cook myself bro i recommend cracking the flats of eggs before service and mix em in a cambro keeping it ln ice and use a 4oz ladle for consistent portions i feel like cracking eggs like that for every order is a pain in the ass personally lol nice vid 💯🤙
I like how you take pride in what you do. Some people think that being a short order cook is easy. The fact is it's not. I could watch this all day long it's relaxing. Not very good for my waistline though. 😅
Se me hacen muy entretenidos tus videos! buen trabajo... podrias mostrarnos como tienes organizada la cocina? ingredientes... insumos... seria muy interesante tambien me encanta que narres algunas cosas mientras las haces! es genial
I originally saw one of your videos on Facebook and wrote down your username so I could remember. Today I just binge watched all your videos, I even fell asleep on one because it was like Asmr. When I woke up I had to rewind because I didn’t want miss anything 😂. Keep making these videos, I enjoy them!
Hey bro keep doing these videos! Me and my daughter love watching them she told me I can’t watch any of your new videos without her lol! You are an amazing cook keep it up
As a fellow line cook I want to say that first set of scramble with the cakes is definitely cold and you shoulda seared the sausage but hey your pretty clean I would work with you
THAT. Is you do an omelet. You mix the eggs and the ingredients before they hit the griddle so it all gets combined nicely. Too many places around me don't do that anymore or never have at all. They just throw the meat in the middle and fold it closed.
I love seeing people cook. Especially when they're as organized as you are and know how to manage the time for each order. Definitely would love to stop out wherever you're at to grab a bite to eat. I watched something shared by someone and they gave credit with your name so I figured I'd give it a look. Now I'm just sitting here eating food while watching you cook. Keep it up!!
This is pretty cool. My feet and knees hurt just by watching you. It don’t look like a lot of food until you plate it. Big ass pancakes, big ass omelets…all good af..most likely. 😂
bro as someone who is a line cook i love these....dont ever stop man this channel will be the reason one day you wont have to work that job anymore js
I appreciate that
But if the job is the reason people watch the video...
@@bill4824 Than it will give him all the motivation to be amazing at his job
maybe he the boss no one else run the kitchen
@@bill4824 yeah you volunteer or work part time to get footage.. and shoot more at once lol

One outstanding cook. I was an F & B director in a hotel. I would hire him in a minute

It’s tough because he’s a stud..it’s not quite enough work to have 2 people on it but it’s a bit much for just 1

Who the hell doesn’t want powdered sugar on their french toast 🤯
A Commie!
People with diabetes.
@@darthmada9574 they shouldn’t be eating French toast in the first place 😂
@@Javado21 It's bread and egg. Nothing wrong there except the carbs from the bread itself and with enough insulin, it's no problem.

Love how you keep things clean and frequently changing gloves. Some other channels could learn from this.
I love that you are able to eat the eggs with broken yokes (and hopefully the french toast). I hate it when I see a small mistake go right into the trash.
This is like a video game but with less things getting perished.
idk why this is so satisfying...i love watching ppl take pride in doing what they do 🫡 and the kitchen is so clean 👍🏾
