I'm a dishwasher at a restaurant ....when you said "what a waste of food" hit me hard cause I know the feeling of throwing away food just because of company policy
At which restaurant do you was dishes?
Dishwashing is always a great place to start on in the restaurant lifestyle always remember the 3 Letters Watch Ask and Listen and you should be fine
(I have been in the lifestyle for 19 years and I still follow those same letters) I just applied for grill cook at IHOP and I'm tired of doing dishes. I'm trying to get my skills better at cooking.
Also that's a waste of money as well
