    Cayenne Turmeric Tea with Lemon and Honey
    Ingredients:
    1 cup of water
    1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    Juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
    Instructions:
    Boil Water:
    Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
    Mix Ingredients:
    In a mug, combine ground cayenne pepper and ground turmeric.
    Once the water is boiled, pour it into the mug over the cayenne and turmeric mixture.
    Add Lemon and Honey:
    Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the mug.
    Add honey to taste. Stir well to combine.
    Enjoy:
