To be fair, this has always been an UNSUBSTIANTED RUMOUR. It went from a tweet from Pirat Nation who did not provide any actual hard evidence. Grummz commented on it asking "did companies like SBI try and extort $7million?" to now everyone pretty much saying that SBI did definitely try and extort Game Science for that exact amount.
But to this date, there have been no receipts verifying this particular incident actually happened.
I hate SBI as much as the next person, but I refuse to believe something until there is actual documented proof. I find it frustrating people still pass this off as fact, at the very least they could add the term "alleged" when bringing it up.
