    For all 3 videos posted you can do everything in sets of 3 for even better results. Sooooooo that means once you've done the whole thing once you can repeat it 2 more times. If you're short for time you can also do it once in the morning all the way through, and then 2 times back to back in the evening. Again this is all for much quicker results! if you are SORE that is FANTASTIC news. That does not mean to take a day off that means to absolutely do it again the next day. You can mix and match any of these in a day as well getting your works outs up to 30 min to and hour depending on speeds. Just a few side notes guys! enjoy!

    The Slower and deeper you go for squats the better. In the videos some things may seem quicker but the best way to get toned and stay lean is to do it slow. A lot of the punch out stuff is good to of fast to burn =) I know all us ladies get those soft underarms and they feel impossible to get rid of! Sometimes I think men have it to easy (wink wink)

    Hi, Briana! =) I'm your old fan from Moscow and I've seen probably all your movies.)
    You are always gorgeous and always in perfect shape - now it's clear why. =)
    This new channel of yours is cool - keep it up!
    How much time a day do you spend on workouts? And do you allow youself some lazy days off, or is it an everyday staff for you personally?

    • @TheBrianaEvigan
      @TheBrianaEvigan  8 років тому

      +stalker990 I try and workout at least a little every day, but of course we all have lazy days!!

    • @stalker990
      @stalker990 8 років тому

      +TheBrianaEvigan the problem starts when lazy days try to occupy 5 days a week. =));
      I mean, sometimes after work it's hard to really find enough time (and motivation too, which is a bigger issue) for training - only at weekends, which is definitely not enough.
      P.S. I'm so glad that you replied - really made my day. =)

    This is awesome. I have been doing something similar, but the boring similar. Do you recommend foam rolling before starting your workout or after? As of now I do both before and after. Also, leg day SUCKS but ROCKS! haha

    Hi, Briana.I do rhytmic gymnastics and I struggle alot with moves envolving back muscles, an eg atitude balances.... I wanted to ask wether there are excercise which strengthen the back which you know of? This might be a weird question but yeah.By the way i love your vids.

    Workout for Step up 10 ?

  • @MrParatexo

    Briana ive got a Hollow back and i cannot train my stommach without hurting my back... moves like situps and with the same movement are impossible to do 4me when i do more then 10. could u give me a tipp for training? :)

    • @TheBrianaEvigan
      @TheBrianaEvigan  8 років тому

      +MrParatexo hmmmm could you be more specific about the hollow back? is it an injury? or just the way your back is? hehe either way to start if your doing sit ups make sure theres no bend in the back you want to think strait and long. keep your eye line facing towards the ceiling. also in your case maybe keep you feet on the floor and just knees pointed strait up. Helps lower back support. In the video above I do the move where you stand with your weight on one leg and lift your leg up in a side crunch. Maybe try starting with those for ab strengthening. The more still and slow you go the more you will build strength in your core. I hope this is a start for some help!

    • @MrParatexo

      Ive got scoliosis and ive tested the side crunch and.. it won´t hurt so this is a realy good way that i can finally train my stomach thank you . :D
