Hey Loida, I am a new agent with EXP Realty in Bradenton, FL. I have been watching your videos and I wanted to say wow you made it so far in this industry and you are very inspirational.
just started last month. points 1 & 2 are very real.
I want to quit because I have only sold one house in the last 6 years. And the fees don’t stop. I’ve purchased leads and bought dialers. I’m ready to go.
The most successful agents i know go to the office daily and part of the team where they get leads eventually. So same happened to me as soon as I joined the team and got re partners abroad that invest own money into the marketing I started getting leads and do sales. That’s all i can say after 17 years of my experience. Never done knocking the doors and only done warm calling.

Real estate is a tough to get a foothold. Most people advise against starting part time but that has worked for me.
1. Run out of money
2. Get discouraged seeing no results
3. Go hard in the beginning then get distracted
4. Unrealistic expectations
5. Self sabotage
6. Focus on the negative (the wrong thing)
7. They hate being a real estate agent
I definitely hate being a real estate agent and I’m glad and blessed not to do so.
