They probably either weren't aware of the HOA fees or thought that their buyer already knew about it. Everyone makes mistakes. It's possible they have learned from that through that transaction. Real estate can be viewed as a field of continuous learning. I appreciate you giving information about the fees in case someone falls into the same situation.

Here in GA that info is usually in the MLS which is input by the listing agent. It would be helpful to newer agents if they know where to find this info outside of the mls.

We have a lot of money to put down. Upwards of 50%, but I can’t take this seller’s market. People are wanting too much money for a home that needs a lot of major repairs, so rather than waste people’s time, I’ll wait till people come to their senses.

Hi Loida! I am currently a TC in my state & currently working on get my RE license to become an agent. I’m looking into eXp since a lot of the agents I work for also work with eXp however I read they don’t offer a mentorship program. Not sure if this is true? Hi Ellie, that’s false. New agents do get a mentor so if you joined eXp, you would be assigned a mentor local to you in your area ☺️

The seller and agent needs to be sweating $15k bullets. Boohoo you have to show a few homes and do some paperwork gosh you really worked so very hard. I can't wait for virtual tours and AI will work on commissions I'm sure flippy will demand a tip.

​@Loida Velasquez what's funny is your small thinking. You've never heard of future thinking. Even small UA-camrs like Graham Stephan who has 4.3 million subscribers has talked about networking even as a lowly leasing agent so when he would meet somebody he wouldn't just blow them off like you would do. He knew that in the future that was a potential sale when you would become a realtor. When kids are in school they should look at their classmates as future business owners when they do b-b & b-c. You keep working at your little side hustle and keep laughing to yourself because that's shows that you're not serious about either job. I hear the clock tick tock tick tock title 42 😂
