Unfortunately many agents fail out of the business! Many brokerages promise the world to new agents and they don't really do anything. At the end of the day, if you are shopping around for a brokerage, keep in mind that you will also have to put in the work and be committed to succeed. It won't be easy, but you do have a lot of resources available!

“Agent’s come in with a sense of entitlement”… Yes they do and it drives me crazy! Like what I had to do to get where I am am today isn’t because I was handed clients and leads… I had to actually WORK!!!

Hey! It’s been a while since you made this comment and I’m in the same position you are now as far as passing the course and waiting. Was curious how picking the cloud brokerage worked out? Thanks!
Most people who succeed in this business are people who are brought into the business by other established realtors (usually family) that’s the 1 percent. So my advice to all new agents who see other agents succeed, always remember they are most likely industry plants. This happens in every industry.
