They should just remove that finger tab... After 3 years using a set of these on my powder board they still feel new and awsome!!! No major issues !!! Toe ladder strape broke durikg a cold day(-20°C) and mervin send me a replacement!! I finish the day using a burton one that i bought at the tech shop and worked well with the rachet
Crack backplate on 2019-20 model last year maybe tree hit but save my ankle( haven't not called but no part listed for back plate) n strap broke last Friday. About 8 days and 5 night rides 40 yr old guy. But this is the great fun for Wis n U.P.
what is the point of the one finger rachet? My union strata have them and often they don't work since I made them too tight and I just grab the rachet from the front and pull up
@@bakamono7 i have both the machine and the solutions. the nitro are stiffer in my opinion with less lateral play than the BM. that said solutions have taken my everyday binding place and change them with my transfers every now and then (mostly for park). machines seemed to me like more of a freeride oriented piece, as solutions were more stiff responsive all mountain do it all. And yes, i hit park with solutions (mostly mid to large kicker and some boxes here and there.
Got a pair and I agree with the review. Just wish it had a binding plate to fit my old Ride Yukon with the wider spaced holes. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
@@AngrySnowboarder but I'm ancient! and that board still rocks harder than any of my newer boards! Like me it just won't die either ; ) Think the solution is called dremel
Great review! How many board do you personally have in your quiver?
None
Solid binding for east coast hard pack and ice? Turns ice into powder........
I guess if you're crushing up meth under it then yeah it can turn ice into powder.
@@AngrySnowboarder the advice we come here for.
@@nicholasrichon5062 I feel bad for people that come here for advice.
Would this match up well with a Cafe Racer?
Oh yeah!
Thanks! Trying to decide between this or one of flux’s stiffer bindings. Apparently next season there’s more foam padding on them.

Well if you dial your bindings in so you don't have to over tighten them they work perfectly.
i was thinking about grabbin that one, for those 5-10 days a year, but ended up with the Nitro MAchine instead. and man, they are STIFF
The stiffest from Nitro.
How do you like them? Thinking of getting the machines as I am 105+ kgs...

@@harlanswan8184 If you want to destroy binding integrity and blow your knees out go for it.
Is Nitro’s TLS lacing system any good? I heard stuff from they don’t stay tight to the laces gets chewed up.
Nitro boots will work with this binding as long as you size the binding to the size of the boot.
Fuck, should have known I was walking into that.
That's what she said.
Would a DC boot size 10 fit a large or medium BM binding?
Depends on how bulky it is.
Medium for my mutiny’s. The large was a little too big. 10.5
You seem to like stiff boots with your thraxi and you say you could go stiffer.. At what point does a binding become too stiff for you?
When I don't have any flex in it.
