Just seen Mac and Me for the first time, played this song so many times in the last hour, the spirit of the 80's will never die! Side note who knew wind farms were going in the 80's. cool as.
i really like upbeat, happy music like this, its pretty non existent today, music like this reminds me how great the 80s were to me general first hand and in hindsight too. i loved it then and i love it now
I never really dug this movie, but my son screamed that he wanted to see it after seeing the cover of it while scrolling through Netfix features. I let him watch it and he's been watching it daily ever since...lol He loves it! (He calls it 'Baby Alien')

Me too!! Considering the movie was a massive flop, the soundtrack is awesome! I can't stop listening to this song. Like it's on repeat and I've been playing it on my radio show nearly every week lol. I love how upbeat it is! Definitely in my Top 5 movie songs!
The one I got was at Wal-Mart- but that was back in 2005. I am pretty sure they do not have any copies of it now. As someone else on here said- you can just order it off of Amazon. They usually have what you cannot find anywhere in your town. If the item is discontinued- the website will have connections to individual sellers. A couple of things I wanted were no longer being sold on Amazon- but unused copies were still being offered by individuals listed on the website like I mentioned.
This was at the scene after the wheelchair boy and the alien we’re being chased by the government out of that department store and then they stop somewhere to use the phone and then this music comes on when they were on the highway in the Nevada desert and they turn onto a grid road by a sign driving past the herd of horses and They find those wind turbines and then they find an abandoned cavern and they find the other aliens
Good times those late 80s. KFC Chicken Littles were amazing and McDonald's was actually a fun place for kids compared to the depressed contemporary old man that it has become now.

I kept thinking that was the part- I just was not familiar enough with the soundtrack. I did see this movie at the theater back when I was 5 (and not even in school yet). I remember seeing it a couple of times after that when my family rented it. The last time I saw it was four years ago when I bought it to rewatch it as a big person, but I got rid of it because I saw no need to see it again after that. Now I wish I had kept it because I am starting to forget small details.

Despite Mac and Me’s numerous flaws, you gotta admit that the soundtrack is awesome. It’s the most 80s movie ever.
