The very first suggestion worked for me. I guess how i must have changed it is when i went into create restore point/Advanced/Performance and set the computer to best performance it automatically changed my thumbnails photos to just white.

hello i want to ask how to fix my file explorer because all the option in my file explorer is white, for example u right click a file and then theres an option "open with" if u hover above it the option that pop up are all white and i cant see the option because the background is also white
