If I used wet packing of silica gel to column (slurry), here, can I use any solvent for silica gel until reached slurried, or must use only hexane. thank you
Thank you so much. Is there standard to use silica gel in column, I mean if my sample a little bit like (0.01 gram), how much of silica gel use here? in contrast, if I have a lot of samples such as (1 gram or more), here, how much of silica gel have to use? I mean is there ratio from silica gel to sample to use in column, please tell me
happy new year. If I have solid sample containing components, can I use any solvent to dissolve it? Or I have to use only the same mobile phase as solvent to dissolved sample? Another case, if must use same mobile phase, but my sample can not dissolve, here, please I need solution to this problem. can I use any solvent? thank you alot
Very nice video. Thank you very much . Please tell me how do you determine the mesh particle size of the silica gell you use? Also how do you determine how much silica gell to use ?
great teaching sir.. I have a question... How to choose solvent for your mixture of compound?? In case if we have the ere extract how to choose solvent to separate the different compound???
this video has completely gone over my head....I literally didnt understood anything........What i have watched in other videos is that sample is mostly liquid and (here his sample is solid) and after its addition we further add solvent but in this video why professor has added so many things ........I dont know why he is has prepared ethyl acetate chloroform and so on.. !!!!! Plz if anyone know plz clarify this to me
Way of explanation and recap students asking doubts excellent and live do the experiments can easily understand sir❤
I love your laboratory, the way you teach, and best of all the way you carefully carry out your experiments
Yo nigga!
Porvik Sharma you should not say that.
I really learned more from your video . Thank you so much Sr. I would like to lean more about phytochemical analysis.
Thank you
the way you r describing is simply beautiful. thank you so much sir.
Waoo Thats amazing way of experimental demonstration. Keep uploading further videos sir. Lots of Love and Huge respect from 🇵🇰🇵🇰
Chaalaa baaga cheppaaru sir.maku Chala ivi use avthundhi sir .thank you sir...🙏
These two students will get the award for best acting
Best video on Coloumn Chromatography. Absolutely the best.
Really your teaching manner is excellent sir students also interacting in a nice manner
What a superb way of explination!
Enriched with good knowledge.
Wow sir that's amazing and
Now my doubts are clear before it I saw 5 or 6 videos of column chromatography but I didn't understand
Superb
well done actually so much effective to gather knowlwdge about chromatography.
I love your teaching style.....sir..
we are fortunate that the guy is our HOD in chemistry department
This gentlemen is very good teacher....
Thank you very much for teach me column chromatography in a better way.Love from Bangldesh.
So after watching this vedio i finally understood the topic thank uh so muchhh
Tq Sir you teaching is really wonderful 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏
So so much nice vedio
Heartly thanks sir
Wonderful explanation sir
Thank you very much
Really awesome work sir
It's fantastic technic of chromatography
Great demonstration!

I loved u r teaching sir tnq sooooo much it is useful to me
Sir ,
I am Bangladeshi college teacher.
Now I salute you for this Technic.,🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
How to choose solvent for mixtures of compounds
After watching such a nice explanation anyone can fall in love with chemistry ...Thank you sir for such beautiful explanation 🙏

one doubt that why didnt we add silica gel fine powder itself to the column instead of adding slurry and then settling the silica?
More useful my degree first sem preparation, tanks for all
you are an amazing teacher.
Excellent it's very useful for everyone
Thank you so much , from Saudi Arabia
Why we use hexane as solvent to make the slurry ?
Superb,fantastic explanation sir❤
Regular classes in the colleges should be lyk this nd every student ll get interested
Thank you soo much sir..very nice explanation.
very good explanation sir. thank you so much
Well explained sir
WOW that's awesome 😍
Clear explanation.. thank you..
Sir if the binary compund is in white colour how do you identify
Very well explained . Really helpful
Wonderful sir. Tq.
Thanks a lot sir
Very well explained
happy new year.

Excellent video, thank you.
Well done Sir
can any one tell me what are the names of compound A and B????
Good effort
why we used 80:20 mixture of hexane and ethylAcetate ????
nice work
which slovent is used with silica powder to make its slurry?
Hexane
Good morning sir ,
Can you please tell me the chemical formula of red and yellow compounds ?
Sir extrodnary really i happy soooooooo much plzzzz make more vedios in this way
Clear and good explanation
Very nice video. Thank you very much . Please tell me how do you determine the mesh particle size of the silica gell you use? Also how do you determine how much silica gell to use ?
Good teaching Sir. Thank you for your explanation...But the students were overacting ki dukaan😂
Great teacher style sir
how to decide the height of column. please need help .
Best way to learn chemistry
In case if we have plant extract how to choose solvent for separation of compound??
Ethyl axetate + Hexan is enough for seperate most of the compounds
Very useful
Good 👍
Super sir am working in pharma company. I undrstnd column cromotogrphy
Awesome sir
Amazing Thankyou Sir
what is the width of TLC plate??
Very very very good👍 video so I kindly request to u plz upload the video of schiff base for project M. Sc
Superb..
Well explained. Great thanks
best teaching. stay blessed.
Nice video
Very intresting
Nice illustration... Wait for 18:44 it's so interesting..
Why only 2,3 vedios what's ur chanel name sir we want paper chromatography and other experiments also
Video of phytochemicals analysis
Students : sir.......???
Sir : keeps ready *ooooh!
Mains toh Hogaya yahan kya kar rahe ho?
great teaching sir.. I have a question... How to choose solvent for your mixture of compound?? In case if we have the ere extract how to choose solvent to separate the different compound???
trial and error with different solvent systems until separation on TLC is satisfactory
👏👏👍👍
Thank u soo much sir
Good video..
Sir please make a video on gas chromatography
thanks a lot.may allah bless you
Excellent sir
Thanks 😊😊😊😊
How many sample that you run sir
👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Sand is required on top of cotton plug!

big up i like it
Nice sir
Perfect!
Thank u 🖤🤘
I felt it was necessary for the girl to wear the goggles. because she was close to labs and her eyes were lower than your column.
More useful
Good students 🤣😂🤣
Nice
They are amazing students but when i learn something the very 1st time at the end of cls ...... 😂😂😂💔
very nice from UU
Wow
Sirf 2 student class me... 😂😂
