The Smitty Built. air compressor is a great unit but it does come with some drawbacks for its lower end price range.
Swapping out the standard thread on psi gauge that comes with the Smittybuilt enhances the unit exponentially.
The ARB air gauge is a awesome upgrade to help save time on the trail while making airing up or down tires a breeze.

I mounted mine behind the driver's side headlight. Bent a bracket that bolts to the battery hold down and the fan shroud. A little tight but there's enough room to possibly mount a manifold.

yeah as soon as i got the smitty built i knew that had to be changed out. I know i said there is no hurry, but airing up and down is never fun lol
