Great review on the Casio 168. I totally agree 100% on your pros and cons. I also have the 158, 178, and the 700 model and they are also just as INCREDIBLE. These Casios are super inexpensive, very reliable, cool, and very SIMPLE watches. Most men hate these watches because they absolutely don't have the "bling factor" and are too tiny for most mens wrists.
I have a 7 inch wrist and I love wearing this watch. It did take me a few seconds to get used to the size because of the trend of bigger watches that were popular until recently. I think these smaller watches are going to continue to be more popular. The A168 is just big enough to be great for mid size wrists as well. I tried the A158 and though its really close in size to the A168 it just felt a tad bit too small for my wrist. The A168, in my humble opinion, is just the right size for comfort, legibility, and a nice look that goes with just about any attire.
I owned this watch when it first came out. That one got ruined because I thought water resist meant you could swim with it for hours on end. Recently, I found one on sale for $15.00. I bought it and it's been in my rotation. Awesome 👍 watch ⌚
My adult kids told me its a hipster watch :) I love mine, and wore it when I bought my Rolex Explorer. The Rolex AD complimented me on it - lol. I paid $15 for mine, it is a lot of bang for the buck. Very retro. Subscribed.
Went from affordable to automatic and now going back. None of those gave me the good feeling a casio did. I love having the hourly beep, the alarm and a timer. Good video!
This is my daily beater and yes im a dad, but funny enough I usually get compliments on the watch from teenagers 😅 I have a 7.5 wrist and for some reason it looks and feels good. It also has pepsi color ways which is a plus and even though its plastic its doesn't scratch notably 🤷🏽♂️
Not sure if they had inventory barcode stickers (on your microphone) back in the 80s. Then again, one would not be able so SEE the barcode on VHS … Great video, I love your dedication.

The Casio a168 first released in 1995 it's definitely a classic and one of my favorite watches of all time👍🏻
