I love that you instruct viewers on the texture and the process, rather than using measurements. So great for becoming an independent creator! (and wine is actually a living raw food, not for detoxing ... but still LIVE and raw!)

For some reason, I never make crepes/pancakes in my dehydrator. I've only done it once, but it was a hit. I made "nutella" cream and topped it with strawberry sauce. This video (especially thinking of the macadamia mascarpone. swoon!) is inspiring me to make something special for me and my love. Thank you for the inspiration!

You mention to flip the crepes after 1 hour - but if you gave a total dehydration time, I missed it. After we flip them, how long should they continue to be dehydrated?

Hi Dara, these look simply Lovely! I do not have a dehydrator yet, in the interim can I bake these on a low temp in the oven so I don't have to wait a minute longer to make them!! Please advise! Thanks!!!

This looks very pretty! I am looking for a nice and easy raw cake for my one year old granddaughter for her 1st. Birthday. Without nuts. We will have a house full of not raw eaters. Any ideas? Her birthday is the 4th of Feb. So I don't have much time left.

This a wonderful, decadent, "treat" recipe for a special occasion. Wish I had a sweetie to make it for, but will make it for myself, instead! Just wondering, though, after seeing that humongous bag of flax seeds: Has your endocrine specialist ever talked to you about the goitrogens in flax? I try to keep mine at a couple servings a week for that reason, but maybe they don't affect you that way . . . Thanks for posting : )

Dan and Tavis were saying not to mix fruits with fats, fats like nuts, flax seeds, avocados because that's what causes weight gain. So I'm wondering if I must pass on this recipe because of it's high sweet/fat content. It would make a good "cheat" meal though :)

I really love your approach to food and you positive attitude! :D
Have 1 question if you dont mind...
Have you recently thought about shortening your gorgeous hair?
Slightly shorter hair will fit you so much! :P
    Give it a try.
    Shawn.
