Bluetti has some crazy Black Friday deals going on right now. The AC200MAX is only $1348! And, the AC180 is only $669! My best guess is that they will be phasing these two models out in the near future so get 'em while you can. shrsl.com/4atcp (affiliate link)

I just got the AC200Max Monster just for the 30amp Aviation outlet! I Play Ham Radio and Overland and camp in plenty of heavily wooded areas in the Pacific Northwest. Between the trees and the cloudy days I can run my fridge and lights and radio all weekend without Having to use solar to recahrge. Still like you if I could get a 1000WA-hour with a 30amp aviation plug, I would be all it over like a nasty rash.

check the Dabbsson DBS2300. It has the 12v 30Amp as an Anderson connector..

Thanks! I took a look and it might be a good option for those who want/need a 30A DC output.

Totally agree. I have a Delta2 and wish it had at least 15amp of dc output, and 30 amps would be even better. Not sure why they limit them to 10amps. Same on ac180. Great video and hope Bluetti and ecoflow are paying attention.

That silly, antiquated cigarette lighter adapter somehow became a "standard" so I suppose power station manufacturers just follow it now. I guess it was crafty back in the late-50s when someone figured out to use that for more than just the cigarette lighter, but now it's just that dumb outlet we're stuck with, like how I get stuck with fruit cake around Christmas.
But I did find a power station that has two Anderson 30A outs and a myriad of other DC outputs but it's DC only inergytek.com/collections/solar-generators/products/flex-dc-power-station
And, another viewer pointed me to the Zero Breeze Elechive 2500 that has 25A 12V and 25A 24V anderson outputs but it's way expensive because it's 2500Wh www.zerobreeze.com/products/elechive-2500wh-portable-power-station
Both of those are smaller and lighter but are NMC.

Good stuff man. I’ll add that battery chemistry matters a lot too. Some power stations only have a 500-800 charge cycle life while some have over 2000-4000 plus. That AC200 uses a LiFePO4 battery which, all though heavier than lithium ion, last thousands of cycles instead of hundreds like lithium ion. LiFePO4 is also safer and more robust and can withstand extreme temps with less degradation. Solid state batteries are the next big thing coming in the next few years too.

Fore sure, most newer power stations, at least the only ones I pay attention to, are LFP. I'm glad EcoFlow made the switch to LFP on their recent models as that is what deterred me from their brand back when I got my Bluetti. I agree that solid state is gonna be exciting when it's made affordable!

How about the Elechive? It has two 25A anderson outputs, one at 12v and the other at 24v.

Was not aware of that one (thought Zero Breeze only made those A/C things) so thanks for introducing that one to me. IMHO though, that one is really really expensive. But it is a good size and weight (b/c it's NMC).
I found this other one today too that looks pretty interesting but it's DC only (also NMC) inergytek.com/collections/solar-generators/products/flex-dc-power-station

Thank you for this video. After weeks of research I reached the same conclusion that you did. The Bluetti AC200MAX or P seems to be the only power station on the market with a 12 V 30A (25A on the AC200P) output. It seems to be way more power than needed for over landing but I'm getting pretty close to deciding it's worth it to get the 30 amp DC output. I have seen the Goal Zero Yeti 1000X at half the price, has 15 A DC output. In your experience, would 15 A work for what you use the power station for?

Yes, the AC200MAX is far more than what I need for my meager adventures. You can probably get away with 15A provided you're not simultaneously running too many things. All of those low power LED lights in the video draw very little current (even the Baja Design rock lights draw less than half an amp each). So, unless the fridge is running and you're trying to charge a few USB-C devices all at once from that output, it's probably okay.
