I have more than 16 years driving a truck and I know the road laws very well despite the fact that my experience has been local, I know things very well, I have been working with Swift in OTR for 5 months and I would like to have the opportunity to apply for lease owner operator and I do not have that opportunity, I have never had a problem, my record is clean and I I joined the company to be able to have the opportunity to be an owner since I also have experience with owner operator. Coming on as a lease operator, do you have to put a week in the hole or do you get paid on the first payday?
Swift processes settlements weekly. So you will get your first settlement the week following your contract date. All loads are processed on Thursday providing they have been scanned in by wednesday.
