  • In Chapter 17 of 20 in his 2015 Capture Your Flag interview, bestselling author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek answers "What is your comfort zone, and what do you do to break free of living in it? Simon shares how his comfort zone is making himself uncomfortable by challenging his thinking and exposing himself to different experiences. The process of seeking, engaging and feeling these experiences becomes foundational to his approach, regardless of the result. This also informs his thinking on leadership, as he believes embracing discomfort and the uncomfortable - in short curiosity - is an essential leadership skill. Simon Sinek is an author of multiple best selling books "Start With Why", "Leaders Eat Last", "Together is Better", "Find Your Why" and "The Infinite Game". In addition to writing, Sinek is an acclaimed public speaker and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

What about following the Royal Opera House (ROH) in Instagram & UA-cam - and even try to do ballet steps - like the movie Billy Elliot - but 'out-side-in-wards'?
Did you notice that Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie Pumping Iron, (1977), finds the language and the ways & structures of movement from ballet?
