  • ADOBONG ATAY AT BALUNBALUNBALUNAN NG MANOK (Exact ingredients below)
    is a variation of adobo in which chicken liver and gizzard are mainly cooked with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, dried bay leaves, and other ingredients. It is very tasty, delicious and satisfying, perfectly served with freshly steamed rice.

    Ingredients to boil the chicken gizzard
    2 stalks lemongrass
    1/2 tsp peppercorn
    3 cloves garlic
    2 cups of water
    Ingredients:
    5 cloves garlic
    1 medium-sized Onion
    300g chicken liver
    500g pre-cooked chicken gizzard
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    3 pcs dried bay leaves
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    3 tsp cornstarch slurry
    40pcs quail eggs

    Kapag atay ng manok adobo talaga palagi kong niluluto pero pagdating sa balunbalunan palaging ginataan ang punta nyan. 😊
