I tried this recipe and find the liver become a bit chewy or "makunat". Maybe we should lessen a bit of time for the simmering. 5 minutes is too long after putting the vinegar. Let's make it into 2-3mins☺ Chicken liver can't be overcooked kasi tumitigas talaga sabi ng mama ko. Pero masarap tong recipe na to kahit walang seasoning, perfect na sya. Tantyahin na lang yung sugar kung ayaw nyo ng matamis. 😉

Good question. Vinegar is important in the flavour for adobo recipes, so it's impirtant to simmer and cook the the vinegar so that the taste isn't too strong. In the end, the taste is amazing! 😋 I am going to try this tonight

i tried it , sobrang vinegar umasim tuloy masyado.. kaya depende parin sa panlasa.. nextime bawasan q suka..pero salamat sa recipe.. love it.
