I absolutely love the idea of dropping Debilitating Roar + Hunter's Zenith. That combo is very annoying in practice. I am a little concerned about being squishy, but going to give this build a try!
Yeah I tried it and unless you are very deliberate about your uses of the skill it's pretty annoying. Not to mention it's virtually useless for bossing and makes keeping your shape shifting buffs up in boss fights pretty much impossible unless you also incorporate maul, which would mean you have to lose blood howl.
I did this build. Very good start to get me going. Esp how you arranged paragon boards in your link. I did end up getting rid of werebear part. Didn't notice big 50% attack with passive. Just went full werewolf. Solo'd a 91 pit last night. Still have gear to improve a little.
That staff is so nice I would spend 100s of millions of gold at enchanter trying for perfect resource reduction roll. Thanks for the guide. I’ve been running the typical Hunter zenith version and did ok with it but was never 100% sold for some of the reasons you mentioned.
Excellent work as always! I've been following you for years since your Division videos. I switched to this build last night and you need to have resource cost reduction (RCR) on your amulet, rings AND weapon. Initially I was missing it on my weapon and the build felt very stunted. I could only cast 3-4 tornados before running out of spirit. Now that I have a weapon with RCR, the build really hums. I also find that rerolling an affix to RCR is difficult, so make sure to prioritize weapons that natively come with it. I can't wait to unlock Lust for Carnage.
@@JUNYANNG-oq4ifI didn’t temper RCR on my weapon. I prioritize it as a native weapon roll because it seems to be rarer when rerolling and resource costs are a problem when gearing up.
Nice build. CHecked it out for a friend of mine, since i am playing Lightning Storm but he wants to go for Tornado. But i have seen some errors in your Paragonboard on your planner: Fang and claw - the bonus is not activated, and you got one point left overall (just spend 124) Anyways, maybe you should fix that if somebody wants to play this build! Im sure you know already Im just bringing it up bc you talked about if theres a use for the companion abilities to say it, but the ravens increase crit chance on what theyre hitting so if youre bossing throwing that down can help
@@heitorleonellima They also dont hit the boss immediately theres a delay so if you know the boss is spawning just preplacing the ravens gives you an immediate effect on it when it spawns
I'm not even coming close to the damage numbers you are, but I swapped from zenith build and this feels so much better. Especially with spirit gen.I'm guessing its the mastterworked stuff? I only just started breaking into the pit, and I'm hovering around pit lvl 55-60, but gettting 2-3m crits on average. What is giving you such a large boost in damage?
@@Coltonb91I can do a pit tier 75 my gear is only 4 out of 12 masterworked except for my tyraels might which is on 8 but I have no spirit issues all u need is a 2 handed weapon with ga resource cost reduction and ga spirit on kill that sorted my spirit issue I was even able to swap spirit per second on my boots to willpower for extra dmg and still have no spirit issues
Damn, been following Maxroll. Now I need to redo tempering because I went for resource regen instead of cost reduction on rings. Will give this a shot. Super annoying to have to redo your board between farming & bossing.
No, the pit needs to be significantly nerfed. The fact that elites and bosses have TRILLIONS of health with 1 shot mechanics on a 15 minute timer is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that even streamers with perfect gear can’t clear 160+ pit after all this time is a problem
@@Jaehaerys_Targaryen1 because it’s the first season of it. Power creep will get you there in a season or two then they will expand it. This is the same way Rifts worked at first and I bet someone will get close to 200 before it’s over people are already doing 160 plus. It’s ok to not beat everything in a couple weeks. It should be extremely difficult. Gives people a reason to grind up perfect gear.
@@Jaehaerys_Targaryen1 no player should be able to do 150+, at least for now. That is by design. Casuals can do 60+, semis around 90-100 which is completely fine. Once they farm enough upgrades or get lucky, they can comfortably do 100+. If everyone can do 150+ in a span of 2 weeks, then the whole pit means nothing.

What is the Earth Skill that is making resonance worth it? Don't get that in all builds I see. Great if you have an earth, but very minor if you don't.

how did you get your amulet i only got one with 2 envenom on it maximum life and crit chance lol been trying re-roll amulets at the occultist and spending my obols must of went though 1 mil obols and 150 mil gold cant seem to get that stupid necklace lol if you have an extra let me know slayerjacy#1440
using the build almost to a T. he just has more master working. but im only hitting for 500k crit on average... im losing my mind trying to figure out why

Swapped from Sheer to this and get instantly melted cant even do a fraction of what i could do with Sheer, not perfect items but im a wet napkin with this build, following the guide
I just respecced to this. Still need to min-max my gear. Spirit drains a tad fast. I luckily have some good affixes though for it, just need them to masterwork. What I noticed outside of that, using your paragon I only have like 35k life....how do I increase that?
@@Infernadragogaming Seems you definitely want GA life on all gear essentially and then when you masterwork it increases those values even more. I know have like 65k life
Imma need a better explanation about wilheart hunger , u said its main downfall is shapeshifting in and out of bear right ? But u do that anyways when attacking , and if u hold both buttons down, u instant shift between them , u need to be atrscking with maul anyways , for tbe damage reduction first anyways ....
You shouldn't be attacking all of the time. With Wildheart (using this build) you will need to basic attack all of the time. Plus you will lose your only form of unstoppable, which is a huge deal. Lastly, he says that it sometimes bugs and you don't get the buff. I've never paid close enough attention when using mine to notice if that really happens.
@downsetx1 ya I already don't use the unstoppable , trying to see how far I can push without it .but I already every few secs hit my basic attack , gotta get that damage reduction
@downsetx1 when you attack ,do you first not hit your basic attack x, a few times to build damage reduction up , then hit tornados to clear? While popping all your companions and howl when u can?
First, amazing build and I love it...thanks! However, I had a couple issue with the Paragon board. Board 2 isn't adding up the Willpower correctly. Glyph socket shows 30/40, but there is 40 selected from glyphs. Board 5 glyph says 40/40 WP, but there is actually 50 selected. In the end, I had to farm the 3 xtra glyphs from board 5 (to bring down to 40wp) to fill board 6.
Just a thought would inner calm and or element fit well into the build for boss killing or higher pit tiers for more damage? I find myself not sustaining fortify enough/long enough to up keep the 45% damage
This build feels good when you have all items totally max'ed out, otherwise you die all the time on Pit 80 tier. If you don't have all ideal stats and tempering you miss life, dmg and resources. And in my opinion it is not worth of dozen of hours spent to collect items to have descent stats. The build looks great, but playing it is a torment in Pit. It is great for Helltides, high Nightmare Dungeons and speedrunning whispers Dungeons though. Sorry but thumb down as it glorify the build as Pits perfect one.
The purpose of the video is to show what a perfected version of the build is capable of. If you want a starter build, go look for that. I clearly demonstrated how good the build is when setup pretty well. Expecting a build with bad stats/gear to walk into a pit 80 and not struggle at all is an unrealistic expectation.
I like this build but i just cant get it to work.. i have tempest roar and mad wolfs glee, all the right tempers but still my resource gets drained in 3-4 tornadoes and the damage is nowhere near this. Any ideas what is happening?
@@jerryguo4661on other builds you could easily fit trample/earth shield, roars, cyclone shield, even shred for some extra speed. All of that is immediately off the table because we half of our skills to be a stat stick while other classes actually have an entirely usable skill bar

Enjoyed the video, but had to laugh at the “tempest roar is easy to get” part. I’ve been playing since release, and I’m almost 100 in this season, did wolves honor stuff, helltides, nightmare dungeons, not a single drop. Last season I farmed the heck out of Duriel (lost count of how many runs I did) and it never dropped.
Blizzard loves to give what you don't need lol. First time playing a build that doesn't need TR and I think I got one as early as lvl 60 and then every 10 after that.

Are you able to temper affix 200% on your 2 handed weapon ?

That's an error. Add the WP stats up, it's activated with exactly 40.

They hit the boss anyway, the passive part of tue hability still procs this effect.

I have everything spirit reduction and I’m still having some spirit issues, but can slowly do pit 60

Drop one node with '+4 Max Spirit' on one of later boards and you are good to go.
Probably a better node to drop than the 5 dex from the first board

With wind shear. You gotta use foot work and kiting. Line enemies up for an extra second then blam. Petrify and brrrap turn that poison ak47 on em.
Shows a build with some of the best possible gear you can get for it, still only done a 116.....goes to show how bad this class is

Saw you somehow had 77 chance on your staff for casting 2 tornadoes…. How did you get that stat?
He says in the video. He got lucky 3x masterwork on that stat.

Just watch the video. You have your glyphs leveled. I forgot to max mine and I'm at over 2mil. Just have to get the tempering right

2h also generally gets bigger numbers and since we're throttled by spirit the faster hits from 1h makes it feel less fluid

Wind sheer Druid cleared 121. It is definitely stronger than nado.

Why use Outmatch instead keeper? Like, what part of our damage is physical? Imo, Outmatch is wasting a stat.

Why 40% vuln dmg gem in weapon instead of 50% crit dmg gem? Also won’t the ring aspect better on the amulet to get more increased to poisoned enemy?
You need 80% crit chance for xrit damage gem to be better than vuln damage. It's an incredibly minor difference though

Enjoyed the video, but had to laugh at the “tempest roar is easy to get” part. I’ve been playing since release, and I’m almost 100 in this season, did wolves honor stuff, helltides, nightmare dungeons, not a single drop. Last season I farmed the heck out of Duriel (lost count of how many runs I did) and it never dropped.
